David your fading methods and steps helped me alot as a beginer barber and ive improved alot.Thank you for sharing your expertise, much love all the way from Cape Town South Africa🙏🏼
Thanks for the video I love how you explain how to blend out the 1 with the half I’ve always had problems with that but now I know the secret to the blend.. perfect
David I found the best trimmer in the market very underrated , it’s called the Renpho Trimmer, it has a digital screen that shows battery % and it’s like 65Dl, what’s crazy is that it comes zero gap from factory and it removes the bulk like butter, I haven’t used my gold babyliss trimmer ever since I bought the renpho. It is so powerful and it leaves perfect length for shaver or straight razor. I end up coming back the to the same renpho to remove the renpho trimmer line, but it has saved me tons of time in debulking. Please let me know if you buy it and try it maybe do a video cutting with it.
Hey David! I thank you very much for much for the way you explain the steps in your videos. I was so lost in the lever style methods and once I started watching your videos I decided to stick to the open to close lever method! It is so much easier, it has made me feel more confident and comfortable in fading. Your explaining in the videos are 10/10 🙏🏻
to my understanding, u used the one guard open, and when you use the 0.5 guard you nearly work all again trough the space you ceate with the one guard ? its so confusing.
I’m pretty sure he said almost 3/4 of the 1 guard is going to be blended with the 0.5. Starting from about 70% of the 1, start with open, going down to close so you get the blend. -I’m on my husband’s account learning how to fade so I can do his hair. Not sure if I make sense or not
Because u need to do the one guard for have the line to the 1+1/2 and you aren’t going to cut with the 0 guard all the space that you had cut with the 1 guard. Basically it’s for make a better transition if ur a barber you need to knew that

Better to be safe then putting a line you can’t take out.

Don’t give a fuck about what anyone thinks. TUNNEL VIZION

I don’t get it, he says the 1 open is the 1.5 and then closed it’s just a 1 then he used the 1.5 guard?
The 1.5 guard fades the 1 guard into the 2. 1.5 open is longer than a 2
Yes ^^^^. Ty for correcting him 💪❤️
