Thanks mate, It definitely takes a lot of effort and time but Its really starting to pay off now. All the best with your old man’s tonner it will be something very special 💪🏻
Thanks mate, It’s very rewarding when it starts coming close to the finish line but the sanding takes FOREVER and there’s still more where that came from 🤣
Unreal great work Tait, Killer effort from everyone mate especially Dad 👨.. Progress is where it's at.. My hz sedan goes for bodywork/next week can't wait... Smashin' it out awesome stuff young fella 👌
Thanks mate, she’s really starting to come together and so is yours by the sounds of things, It’s an awesome feeling seeing her like this. All the best with you build mate, keep me updated 💪🏻
Good work Tait, Good work Tait's Dad, Good work other helpers. Have to say, I must be getting old, "Mickey Mouse" means totally opposite for me. Keep on pushing young fella. cheers
so to me, that thumbnail is sexy 😂 long road to get to that stage if your doin it properly. the key with filler is how you apply it, its so hard to gauge hardener/outside temp but makes the product easy to use if its right
Awesome work mate looking great 👍 Dude so much work done im looking forward to seeing it in colour Say G'day to dad he's a legend My boy and i picked up our next project last weekend an old HG Brougham If your interested mate ive done a video on how to strap your car down on a trailer that might help you out
I've got a suggestion to that may work regarding your filler. Maybe try spraying neat "hydrogen peroxide" on it, I think you'll find that it's the primary ingredient in the catalyst. And when you're mixing fillers like that, I've always used a rule of approximately a Golf ball worth of filler to a pea size of catalyst
Good old 3m platinum hey .. I definitely wouldn’t be putting filler in the floor pans ..if the floor pans are welded in properly no need for filler 😳 anyway cool video
Honestly the filler on the floor pans wasn’t really necessary but It was one of the first things me and the old man learnt to weld on. If I did it today, it would’ve been perfect. 🤣
Hey Tait looking good but seriously dont spend too much time and money on things you dont need to. Inside cab floor welds, as long as they are smooth and no holes i would leave them as its is covered in underlay and carpet and at the end of the day especially on a floor bog will absorb moisture eventually causing rust. Just my thoughts mate but your doing a crackin job.
Thanks mate appreciate the comment. As I mentioned in another reply the filler on the floor pans wasn’t really necessary but at least I learnt a lesson out of it 🤣
Well done Tait and crew. You’re getting taller every vid it seems. You must be standing in Gro Plus under a ray lamp. I hope you meet your target date. 👍🏻🙏🦘
Great work Tait and the team. You'll be surprised how quick things will pull together once it's painted.
Thanks mate we are definitely getting close now!

Hahaha Thanks mate appreciate it, Sometimes you just gotta jump in the deep end and give it a crack 🤣
@@HQ1TN that’s it mate. If fck something up, you can just cut it out or sand it out it out and start again.
@@Louie2309 That's why I try and say away from woodwork you can't go back to easy if you muck it up 🤣
Howard Astill has a good method for consistent bog to filler ratio. He's got a weight chart and does it on the paint scales.
That’s a great way to do it I’ll have to check him out thanks for the comment
Yew!
Getting to the exciting but.
SO KEEN!
😂like icing a cake Mate, you'll get it..
