A participatory democracy. Should be very refreshing to watch for people from d old school democracy which is not working very well these days in many parts of d world
Thank you so much for showing this to the world!!!! I'm sick of people who only claim that China has no freedom and democracy while the facts show the opposite. If only those people invest more time in researching about China's system.
Thank you for this series of videos helping people to better understand the way China's 'whole process people's democracy' works. Moreover, doing so at the face to face market place, making it all the more understood and valuable. The Communist Party of China (CPC) really is the champion of a modern 'Socialism with Chinese characteristics', without which China could not be where it is today.
One party democracy is better than multiple party systems. In multiple parties, leaders are always thinking about the next election ....... just like India....
This is the real antagonism that the west had against socialism and communism, the idea that power should be from bottom up. China can design such a system because they are building from scratch, the western democracy is built around colonialism so it's very fragile. I keep telling people there are more political parties in the Chinese government than most western countries because the parties are part of the People's Congress. The people's congress even invites foreign leaders to their hearings that's how expansive it is. People look at China and it's rapid rate of development and think it's all one guy called Xi Jingping...it makes no sense
honestly, I wish this type of content was presented in a more natural and genuine manner. The young "foreign" lady in this episode, while very beautiful, comes across as unprofessional and more importantly, she seems to completely lack passion for the subject. The host says "it's amazing" in response to the young lady expressing desire to stay in China for a while after her graduation. What's so amazing about this if China indeed is so great? don't you understand that you're undermining your own message? Also about Canada and the only way to affect anything there being to vote once per certain period of time is a complete BS. Canada has got to be similar to the US and US has a whole bunch of different levels at which you can have a voice: at the board level of your building, of your Neighborhood, your municipality, your city, your state, etc. I'm not saying US functions well. however, obviously there are options where you could have a political life and could express your opinion and submit different proposals. Being dishonest or imprecise just undermines the credibility of this program.
And what's up with the stupid dramatic background music? It just makes the whole video smack of propaganda, poorly executed propaganda!!! Nothing is wrong with propaganda per se. Chinese government does need to work on its image and fight the tsunami of antichina content coming from US funded sources . But it needs to do a better job crafting and conveying messages. Chinese people interviewed in this program are really great and come across as very genuine and caring and interesting. But again, the overall "wrapper" is executed very poorly and at least in my view, it's definitely not going to sway anybody from the anti China camp. And even people like me ( let's just say i have a very positive attitude towards china), a video like this leaves me disappointed
there is a RUclips channel called Katherine's Journey. she's an American living in China and she seems to truly care and love China, Chinese people, the environment, etc. ( i mean i don't know her personally and she could be just a great actress, it's internet after all, but i believe her). Aren't there more people like her out there that genuinely seem to care and believe in chinese system ? folks like her should be doing this type of content

Hope Chinese Democracy will set an example to the whole world.👍keep up the good work! 🙏🏼
Democracy in the West results in instability and disunity. Democracy in China means unity, and development, with no one is left behind
Well said.
Enlightening. Tq

This is what we need in Japan.

In our western systems we can change political parties but the policies do not change at all without some real effort.
This is because there is nothing China can do to save the West.
US AI is also not good because a large part of it is analyzed based on misleading propaganda that is propagandized by ideological opposites😂
