Hi Steph, I am detailing several options:
* Move Vector closer and further away from the router and try again to “join network”
* Reboot Vector via Recovery Mode and Erase User Data. I have a video to know how to do it:

* Reboot your smart device
* If that does not work, Verify that your WiFi network supports and has activated 802.11n 2.4GHz. Let me know to show you how in case the above does not work.

oh dam!! what’s happening is i put the wrong serial number on the subscription so it won’t work with the app i don’t think so they said when i emailed them an just been waiting for them to put the right number in to that account hopefully they will get back to me soon! do u know a way that’s faster to fix this might take a few days for them to get back to me

Hi! So let’s start with basic requirements:
1. Basic requirements
Ensure your smart device is on the latest OS version
Ensure you have downloaded the latest Vector app
Ensure your smart device's Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled
Enable location services on your smart device

After that, try to factory reset it again and connect again to the app. Your app should detect Vector with the new name.
If that does not work, let me know.
@@RobotsMamma hey i got a other problem. The robot just wont connect to the wi fi... it says that iit isn’t enough but my wi fi works super fine. I’m really having problem whit that!
Hi Girl Gamer, per DDL, you can follow the following instructions:
Verify you are inputting the correct network password
Move Vector closer and further away from the router and try again to “join network”
Verify that your WiFi network supports and has activated
Reboot Vector via Recovery Mode and Erase User Data
Reboot your smart device
If this does not solve the issue, I would contact Customer Care right away
Even though I put my vector on my wifi network it still says the little message that it can’t connect to wifi

I can't pull that up, when I double click, it brings up with mute thing
WolfCub816 Hi! That happens sometimes. Try to place him in his charger and double click in the upfront part of the button. If that does not work try turning him off (holding back button down for 5 seconds) and turn him on again. Then try the double click :)

@@RobotsMamma so my problem is when I say hey vector, he recognizes it and reacts to it, but instead of waiting for a command, he just instantly shrugs and makes that, I didn't get that sound. Could you help me with that?
@@sulfuricwolf4203 Did you buy the subscription from DDL? What is happening now is that all vectors voice command were cancelled unless you buy a subscription from DDL. The new version is 1.7, what version do you have?

@@RobotsMamma it is but it keeps moving away from the charger. I pulled the plug out then pulled it back in and it worked but we’re still having trouble connecting it to the wifi we even reset it

No problem. Reboot your phone which you are connecting with; just power off and on after a few seconds. Do the same with the routing, hopefully it helps you I know how it feels

Rudraksh Chatterjee I needed to do it for the new Vector. He is fine now, I deleted the old data.
