Here is a brief description of the rules:
To win: Be the first to Collect 3 Full Property Sets of different colors.
To start: Deal 5 cards to each player.
On your turn: Pick up 2 cards (Unless you have none, then pick up 5.)
Play up to 3 cards: Play any combination of cards, here are some examples:
A) Put money/Action cards into your own bank.
B) Put Properties down into your own collection.
C) Play Action Cards into the center.
Types of Action Cards: (All can be banked as money if you choose)
Deal Breaker: Steal a full property set.
Just Say No: Play any time to cancel the effect of an action card played against you.
Sly Deal: Steal a property set from another player (Not part of a full property set)
Forced Deal: Force a trade of a property from another player (Not part of a full property set)
Debt Collector: Demand $5 from another player.
It's My Birthday: All players pay you $2.
Multicolored Rent Card: Charge one player rent of any color property you own.
Rent: Charge all players rent for property/properties you own that match one color on the card.
Double the Rent: Play with a rent card (Doubles the amount you charge for rent)
Pass Go: Pick up 2 extra cards from the draw pile (You can play more than one in a single turn)
House/Hotel: Add these to a full property set to make it more valuable
Other:
Property Wild Cards: Can substitute for property cards.

Hello , hw about the action cards HOUSE AND HOTEL ,can i put it at the same time together with the double rent?
It means 3 action cards?
Hello Cha Arnado, Houses and Hotels are not action cards. They can be added to a full property set.
The Rent and double the rent are action cards with a one time use. You can use them to charge rent using the full property set amount with the house and hotel as well. I hope this helps!!

if you switch a wild property card around does it count as one turn? So lets say you were using it as an orange and now you have an orange and want to out the orange down and use the wild on another set would that count as one move (putting the new orange card down) or two moves putting orange card down and moving the wild from the orange set of properties to another color set of properties.
If I have park place and boardwalk down and i play a double rent card and pick blue ...is it double.rent for both cards or just the one?
Do I need to lay out all the properties i have in my hand? Or i have the choice to keep them instead?

I don't get the "Pass Go". What happens if I use it as my third move? I get to draw two cards then is it going to be my turn again with 3 new moves?
Does double the rent card, count as one card ? Also when you say you can place as many properties as you want throughout the game, what does that mean because you can only play up to three cards on ur turn

Just wanted to clarify on “Pass 2 Go” card. Once we are using that card as our final actions (3/3 actions). Do we entitled another 3 actions or it goes to the next player turn? Really appreciate if you could advice me on this 🙏🏻
Thanks Muhammad! I appreciate that!! So in regards to the pass go, the official rules allow you to draw 2 cards but not to get 3 more actions. However, house rules can always be created to allow that if everyone were to agree on it. That is a super interesting idea!! Especially because I am working on creating a card game right now and one of the special cards does that! It gives you an extra turn!! Hi, one question, if the player has no money to pay a debt, he will pay with a property, right? and this property will be money or part of the properties?
Great question! If they have no money left, they do have to pay properties. Now, money given as payment obviously stays as money. Action cards that were placed as money also stay as money for the rest of the game, so they go in the money pile. Properties are paid as the value in the top corner, but they are still properties, they aren’t converted into money ever. They will always stay as property even when paid. I hope this helps! Is there a limit to how many times you move wilds around during your turn? Like theoretically could I charge rent then move the wild to a different set, then charge rent again, and end my turn by moving it into an incomplete set to avoid a deal breaker being played on a full set?
Hi Kevin! Yep! Moving wilds on your turn is a free action. You can do it whenever and how many times you want on your turn. So, that scenario you out there is a valid turn. Hope this answers your question and that you have a great day!
We are having a house argument in regards to the “wild property” (the one with no value)
. Can you use sly deal or swap property and take the wild card if it’s not in a set?
I say yes because it’s a technically a property XD but my whole family disagrees with me. Help.
So the Wild Property Card is a property. If it a part of a full set it can be stolen by a Deal Breaker (As the full set is stolen.) Likewise when it is in an incomplete property set OR by itself, it is vulnerable to be stolen by just a sly deal or a forced deal.

Questions. Need help interpreting your thoughts on these scenarios:
1.) property wild card on board - can I charge rent on it?
2.) two property wild cards on board - can these be combined to complete a property set (ex. Dark blues, utilities, purples / brown colors)
3.) does it count as a move (out of your 3 moves) to change colors on property wild cards
4.) can you play a just say no on someone else’s just say no and if so does that count as a move?
1. You can charge with any property except the Wild Property Card that has all the colors.
2. Yes, as long as they have the corresponding colors.
3. Moving Wild Property Cards doesn't count. You can move them anytime during yout turn.
4. You may play a Just Say No card against a Just Say No card, but that counts as one of your moves. If you played your 3 cards in a turn, you can't use the Just Say No anymore for that counts as a 4th card. If played wrongly, that goes to the discard pile.

Question, can the wild 10 color property be stolen with a sly deal, force deal, or deal breaker when it’s on a complete set.

Question: I use a forced deal to swap my red property with a purple property. But my opponent has their own red property. Can they combine their own red property with the red property I just gave them immediately or do they wait for their turn?

EDIT: That player has the cards they need in order to win. Just swap Illinois avenue with the property wildcard in the first set and change all of the wildcards in the second set to yellow.
Haha yes, it was just to show two sets, but you could just change them to Yellow.
So with having multiple sets, it only says in the rules that you have to have 3 different colored sets to win, however I haven't found anything against having multiple of the same set. I would think at least you can't have two incomplete sets of the same color just to avoid the deal breaker, because that seems to break the game.
I tend to go back and forth in trying to figure out if it would be allowed because it seems like if you have a set of dark blues, and you keep picking up dark blues, you shouldn't be penalized by not being allowed to play them down while at the same time, getting charged for a blue set with a house and hotel ($15) with double the rent ($30) already seems harsh, but if you add two of those, ($60) seems a little too much. That being said, it probably wouldn't happen, but would be crazy if it did!
What are your thoughts? A lot of it is up in the air for each person to decide.
What if you have to pay rent, have no bank, but have a set? Do you give up the wholr set, or just piece off property from the set to pay?
Great question! You do not have to give up the full set. Each property has its individual value, so you can give them up property by property depending on the amount of rent.

QUESTION Player 2 owes player 1 but only has a full set and not $ in their bank. Do they have to break up their full set? or is a full set locked and only taken with a deal breaker.
Great question!! The full set is not locked. So, if you need to pay someone and only have a full set and no money, you do need to break it up. Hope that helps!
Hi. I have a question. If we are out of Money and can only pay from a full set of properties with house and hotel, can we pay with the house/hotel card?
If yes, where do the receiver keeps it?
If no, what happen to the house/ hotel card when we broke the complete set to pay the other player?

My take on it would be that yes you can pay with the house or hotel. I think once you pay with it, it becomes money and is treated as if it was put in the Money pile from the start meaning it can't be used as anything else but money for the rest of the game.
That is just my thoughts, and since the rules aren't clear, you kind of just get to decide what you want to do, but just make sure everyone is on the same page.

So, in the rules it states that you can move property wild cards around on your turn at any time and it does not take one of your three actions. Some people do play that it takes an action to move them around, but that is more of a house rule as the instructions explicitly state that you can move them around on your turn and it will not count as one of your three actions for the turn.

How many players comfortably play with one deck? If there are more players, could another deck be combined to accommodate the larger number?
That is a great question. I don't know an exact number, but you can definitely put two decks together to play!
2-4, anything beyond will result in rounds lasting around an hour

Okay for the Sly Deal.. I have 2 yellow properties: a property wild card and a regular yellow property on top of that. Does the person using the sly deal take the card on top or they have a choice to also take the property wild card underneath?
Great question. So a Sly deal can take any property (as long as it’s not in full set). So in this scenario, yes they could take the bottom card.

What if there is two wilds and one regular property card… if I take the regular property card… what happens to the related wild cards left on the table?

The only thing I don't agree with is about action cards being placed in your bank. I believe that if you place an action card (Just Say No excluded) into your bank as money, then later, you should be able to use one of your 3 turns to turn it back into an action card.

I have a question. A big problem we got today while playing monopoly cards..
I asked a larger amount of rent. One of the player intentionally gave me his two red cards (One double color wild red card, one single color red card) bcz i had one red already on table.. he gave me to make my deal so that he can use deal breaker.
I said i will put red wild card separate with yellow side up. But he said i can not do this. And its must to make a deal. We got debate on this. But found no result.
Can u guide on this?
Also if i get a complete deal in rent with one double colored wild card. Can i break the deal and take out the wild card to place alone on table or with other property?

So you get to decide which way the double color property wild card faces. You can place it separate.
It seems that some may say you can do this even if they aren't property wild cards while I disagree. If they were all 3 normal red cards, my opinion is that you have to keep them together.
So, if it is a property wild card remember that you can switch it however you want on your turn. I would interpret that to mean when they pay it to you as rent you can choose which way to place it, but that is up to you guys to decide as I don't see any specific answer in the rulebook.

If I am understanding correctly are you asking if you can charge rent with a full set and then move the double colored property wild card out to make it not a complete set? If this is your question, the answer is yes! You are allowed to move your property wild cards around as many times as you want on your turn without it counting towards your 3 plays. Hope this helps!

As far as I am aware, you can only discard if you have more than 7 cards in your hand. Once they are discarded, they stay in the discard pile and cannot be used. Hope this answers your question! Hope you have a great day!

If it’s your turn and you don’t want to put anything down but you have more than 7 cards in your hand, are you forced to put down cards?
In that case, you would have two choices. You can either put them down, or you would have to discard until you are at 7 or less.
You can never have more than 7 cards at the end of your turn.
(If you have not played the full 3 cards allowed per turn, I would suggest playing them where possible over discarding.)

For example, A, B, C are playing, A plays a “deal breaker” to B, now B doesn’t want to give A that full property set, therefore B can play a “Just say no”, now the “deal breaker” lost its effectiveness. “Just say no” is an action card too, so it can be “Just say no” too

Can you steal a wild with sly deal??
Yep!! You can steal both multicolored wild cards and dual-colored wild cards! Additionally, dual-colored ones can be taken by rent and other money things, while multicolored ones are not able to be taken by money. Hope this helps!!

That would be super fun to see if you could! You would need at least 3 packs to get the right amount of cards. It would definitely break the game a bit, but I think that would be so fun!!
