Can 1 just say no cancel out both a rent card and a double the rent card? example: my opponent plays a rent card followed by a double the rent card. I play 1 just say no card assuming I say no to the rent card and that makes the double the rent card obsolete. My opponent argues I still owe 1x the rent assuming my just say no card was played automatically towards the double the rent card. I argue I choose what to say no to and I chose the rent, so you can’t double what I no longer owe.

Good video. It helps clarify the written instructions. To confirm, ghosts accumulate on the game board round after round, yes? That is, we are NOT supposed to remove unclaimed ghosts from the game board at the end of each round, if my understanding of this video is correct.

There are some inconsistencies like putting cards counter-clockwise instead of clockwise, but overall the game play is good, if you want to learn how to play watch the video then read the rulebook to compare both the rules and the gameplay.

For someone who is new to the game, as far as the start of the game to putting to putting my first card into the Inkwell, would it be recommended it be the lowest number of ink or am I getting confused by the number inside the frill? Brimley Games, if you’re wondering, if a Rent card with a Double the Rent card is played and the opponent plays a Just Say No, it only cancels the Double the Rent and they would still have to pay the original rent unless they have another Just Say No.

There are so many things that aren’t explained in the tutorial like what happens to the cards after a land or place is destroyed that they’re on top of?
