- A quick rehouse of our salmon pink birdeater (Lasiodora parahybana or LP for short).
The genus is such a nice collection of species. We have;
Lasiodora parahybana
Lasiodora klugi
Lasiodora striatipes
all stunning, all different.
Sorry for the soft focus at the start, camera needed a bit of a kick :)

Hi Matt, hope you’re well and enjoying your evening.
Lovely rehousing video once again. Gorgeous Tarantula 🕷️🕷️it’s very chill looking!
Your spotty Tarantula is awesome too, it’s design just blows ya away!
Take care and have a brill rest of your week 😊😊
Thankyou Joanne 🤟🏼
Awesome video Matt think I’ve discovered your 2 favourite words ( come on x18 ) lol
It’s been fun watching you grow as a spider influencer !!!
Doing Awesome 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Appreciate the compliment - not sure people should be influenced by me, that could be dangerous 😂😂
I’m already calling the bathroom
Re-House Central 😂🤣😂
I so want a pink bird eater! Such lovely spiders!
They really are such an underrated species.
The striatipes is also lovely. The klugi is a menace (well mine is) 😂
Hello great video rehousing Matt
Thanks as always
Oooo I didn't know you could use those enclosures arborealy that really helpful thanks! What a stubborn spider 😂 gorgeous though! Great video
Yeah they have a decent lip on that side and no holes on the side that would become the base
Much underrated is the LP! Great video mate ❤
Thanks buddy appreciated
Awesome Video man, great work. Really enjoying the content.
Thanks - appreciate the feedback
AWESOME video Matt the LPs are really under rated I think they are a STUNNING species I had the same problem rehousing my Lasiodora Klugi took me about 25 minutes to move it from one enclosure to the new one lol
Haha when they don’t want to move they have 8 heels they can dig in 😂
@@TarantulaRookie 😂😂
You always get the odd flicky ones... The one I gave Kris was a right moody so & so, flicky male. My female she's great, very calm. My 4 juvies are each not too bad. I love their size and were my first t in my 20's.
Had this one for ages and it’s always got a bald bum but hardly flicks. Just a stubborn bugger
Lol you always get one 😂
One eternity later hehe 😅✌️ awsome video as always matt
Thanks buddy.
Awesome video I love how you talk to your Ts. Looks female to me though mate x
Always talk to them 😂
Awesome think we've got about 9 LP 😂 all from mystery boxes I think
Haha 9 👀👀 dam.
nice rehouse matt
Cheers Kyle, hope your doing ok dude
@@TarantulaRookie I’m good thanks
I think I know someone who is after a male reduncus, but I think he's wanting it for his female as in to buy. All you can do is ask ... (Well last time I checked he wanted one) Lol
Yeah my male will be staying at home
Yeh exactly, heard you mention in the video. I do have one myself but couldn't tell you if it's male or female, never had a moult, since it was given to me.
Matt my LP has webbed itself inside her hide hasn't been seen for about 3 weeks now! Is this a normal thing for LP to do?? My one is un sexed to!
Depends on the size. Smaller ones go off and burrow and do their thing. The larger ones are out on display all their time and tend to bury their hides.
@@jgscatsandthings5208jackie she webbed herself right in the hide even the police wouldn't be able to get through it,
@@Spiderdan-59 oh my days mate 😂🤣... If it's an mf they can lay dud egg sacks.
Sometimes they just do their thing. They will be fine I’m sure
