Doctor Greger. I use to work in the uk, within clinical commissioning. The regional hospital Chemotherapy patients quarterly death rate spiralled after receiving the drug.
I had cancer, went raw vegan and green juice, removed fruit sugar. I refused chemo. Had surgery, my tumors were all benign. Chemo, kills more people than it cures. I practised intermittently fasting to closely monitor my blood glucose, urine ph.
I became my own doctor, while being extremely sick. I am a lawyer!
I am in the process of setting up a not for profit website to help cancer patients.

Most cancers appear to be of parasitic origin- namely parasite eggs covered by the immune system in a type of shellac to isolate them from the rest of the body. No one is studying parasitology. And urine therapy? Least of all this channel.

@peterwilliams6361 : I was given 3 month to live. I went raw vegan & green juice. I reversed cancer. I refused chemo. Eat as close to raw vegan as possible. It works. U must have faith.
      1. Remove all processed foods from your diet. 2. Do not snack
      3. Start making green juice with lemon & ginger.
      4. Drink green juice 4 times per day.
      5. Eat raw salad
      6. Salt weakens the immune system. So remove this.

I has stage 3 left breast cancer 7 years ago. After reading “How not to die!” I went vegan and lost weight. While under the care of my oncologist, my tumor kept shrinking. It shrank so much, chemo was reduced to 4 sessions. He had to fight for that reduction. He felt that the tumor could have shrank more, but recommended 4 chemo sessions to err on the side of caution. I would have been willing to continuing to see if there was more shrinkage, but my family was fearful. If you want to see my records, Dr. Gregor, just ask.

Since then I’ve been doing autophagy fasting for 48 to 96 hours a pop I find an exciting and hoping I have a good result. Time will tell.

You need to do an extented fast at least 7 days. Under supervision. Eat 2 meal a day or at least eat lightly and stop eating few hours before sleep. The digestive systen need to stop completly at night. Avoid snackig and have feeding\fasting window. Go to sleep early and the same time every day. Dim lights and avoid artificial lights 2 hour before sleep. Dim the bedroom . meditate before sleep and imagine your recovery and think positive. Go to nature be outside, watch sunsets and sunrises. Eat whole foods. Be active. You can do it.
      Hope you get well

I agree - fasting + intelligent greens = has many benefits. The medical world has billions at stake and any simpler way to help isn’t profitable for them therefore little incentive to study or promote additional ways of helping. :)

    • @kst157

Yes, intelligent greens = being clever with one’s (greens) nutritional choices as the nutrients vary, how much to eat, when to eat, seasonal factors, organic vs non organic when not available, how to most nutritionally prepare, different cooking methods, fermenting, storage, eating sufficient variety, how to compliment to enhance taste, herbs, etc.

About 10 percent of our daily energy is used to digest and absorb food. The body presumably uses that extra energy for repair processes. Protein takes the most energy to digest (20-30% of total calories in protein eaten go to digesting it).

    • @georgecoster8252

@@InternetDude, according to the doctor, quantity as well as type of food affects health. Apparently food rich in animal protein emit high EGF1 which may mutate and lead to the proliferation of cancer cells. A situation that can be ameliorated by substituting with a vegan diet, or by reducing protein intake, for that matter.
