This is a channel for people who suffer from dissociation (depersonalization and derelization - DPDR). If you have depersonalization or derealization there is a way to get out of it and get your life back. DPDR is a form of anxiety that makes you feel like you're looking at yourself from the outside (depersonalization) or you experience life 'like looking through a fishbowl' (derealization), or both (DPDR). Essentially you feel disconnected from yourself and everything around you, for hours or even weeks and months at a time.
It can be extremely scary and exhausting and often it feels like there is no way out which causes a lot of anxiety. However, there is a way out and it's absolutely possible to live a normal and connected life, permanently.
If you'd like to know more about your depersonalization and derelization and how to overcome it, please book a free discovery call with me. Together we'll go into why you dissociate, the path to recovery, how to finally overcome it and how to stop it coming back.

This is absolutely true, now that I'm almost recovered, I wonder why I was so scared of dpdr. I'm glad i experienced it ( can't believe I'm saying this as the last 6 months with dpdr was hell) I'm feel like I'm a better version of myself, I handle challenges more calmly, I'm more confident I'm my self I feel like I can face anything now which was opposite of what I feel before dpdr, I used to be a very anxious and overly worried person. I see my experience with dpdr as a blessing in disguise. For whoever is going through dpdr I can assure you, you'll will recover and become a better version of yourself. Take it from me who had it badly, I literally thought I was going crazy. May God be with us all

@nawwhu7548 I basically did nothing, I only learnt not be afraid of it, it was difficult but I kept trying to be ok with it, then I started feeling it less and less, I'm not completely recovered yet but I'm not where I used to be

I'm sorry that you're experiencing that and it sounds like you have anxiety. The key to overcoming it is to figure out what is making you anxious and process it. As you start to recover the symptoms will go by themselves. Ignore the symptoms, work on the root cause.
