I avoid deep dive reviews (from anyone) until I can see the movie myself. Since you recommend this, I’ll put it on my watchlist and hopefully watch your video later. 😊

Check it out my brother…! And when you do, let me know your thoughts. It does leave you wanting more, but there is supposed to be a part two of this saga coming. If you like sci-fi, do give this one a watch.

Hey Ken, enjoyed your review of this underrated movie. Moreover you got the talent to articulate a topic in an engaging manner. Will definitely put this in my watchlist, but as I'm growing old, I'm becoming less of a curator out of lazyness. Once, I used to buy lot of rare 3D titles and non-3D Blurays from a german site. Those were not available anywhere else.
'The man who fell to earth' (1976, David Bowie) is another not so talked about Sci-fan(tasy) movie, if you will. It's probably released on 4K lately. You may want to check it out. The movie is difficult to follow unless you have watched it multiple times, or read about it beforehand. I watched it some 10 years ago but liked it a lot, particularly the protagonist ( David Bowie).
Finally, congratulations to you for job well done on the improvement in PQ. Looking great. I do notice you are using different mic, but audio vol. is still on the lower side, have to crank up way up to 80% or above to be intelligible to me.
That's all my friend for now, keep all these beautiful reviews and words of wisdom coming. Appreciate it truly.

Thank you again Sas for chiming in with valuable insights. I do so truly appreciate it.
Vesper is a good one for sure to keep on your list. Glad you enjoyed the review.
I do have “The Man who fell from Earth in a 4k Lionsgate Steelbook. Haven’t watched it, but since you checked it out I now will 😉
So I figured out the camera / lighting settings so that will be good moving forward. That new mic is a GREAT mic but I’m trying not to need it so close to my mouth. I just don’t love having a mic so close to my mouth. and I don’t like using lavaliere mics. But I may need to reside to simply pulling it closer. I’m going to play with a few more OBS audio settings to see if I can boost it more, and if not, then I’m simply going to pull it closer and have to talk more into it. It’s an “ElectroVoice RE 27 N/D which is a famously known broadcast mic but it’s a “dynamic” mic which is meant to be spoken into more closely. A condenser mic can be further away but I don’t like the sound of those all that much. Too thin sounding…
But I do need to get this audio thing right and I’m trying. The main issue is the settings seem right and sound good when I record but then upon loading into RUclips for some reason it’s always lower.
But - I think I’m almost there and know what I need to do. If nothing else, I’m just going to have to move it closer to my mouth.
I’ve got one more pre-recorded “Physical Media Forever” episode coming out Tuesday evening my time (5pm EST) that will probably sound similar, but then after that I’m going to make more tweaks.
      Thanks as always my friend!

I really hope we get part 2. All the googling I did showed a release of “mid-2023” but no updates to that as obviously it has not come out.
Thanks for checking out the vid.

The movie was good for what it was but the low budget really hurt the movie. Needed a few more bigger action scenes. Casting was great. The lead girl they got was lovely and a very good actress.

Definitely not a lot of action in it. That’s for sure….but a lot of perspective and context. But I do hope they can do part 2.

By the way, a great underrated sci-fi is “Primer”. One of the best time travel films I’ve seen. And if that one is too obvious, let me know and I’ll give you something more obscure one that is even better.

      I don’t think I’ve seen “Primer” so
I will look it up and likely will order it soon. Going to try and do more Sci-Fi here on my channel as that is really where my heart is.
      Sci-Fi horror as well 😉👍🏼

Great world building in this movie. I give this movie a higher rating. I have the Blu-ray..... Yes, the blood is used to create jugs ..... Have you seen: The Wall (austrian movie), Sputnik (Russian), Freaks with Bruce Dern?... I think they have come out on Netflix but i got when they were unknown.

I have not seen any of those so thank you for the suggestions. I’ll look those up to see if there are any physical releases of them and if not, I’ll be searching to find them to stream. Thank you for the recommendations.
Glad you enjoyed Vesper Chronicles. Wish we knew if there was going to be part 2…

@@ungraduatedmedia I don't see Vesper 2 coming out in the near future, if ever. ....... The directors are making Frost and Fire based on the short story by Ray Bradbury. ......... Movie is about an intrepid young pilot of a space mining mission finds himself scrambling to survive after crash-landing on a mysterious planet where life moves at a frighteningly accelerated pace.... Story follows Sim, the protagonist, and his apparently short life on a planet where people are cursed by radiation to live only eight days.

@@tfred6403 that sounds super interesting as well. Will most definitely check it out but I would like to see how they would conclude the “chronicals” of Vesper or if they even will…seems like it needs more from the ending.
