The Dancing Woman reminds me of the Lady in White I saw in the television series Supernatural. I wonder if both stories were inspired by the same folklore.
The Lady in White in Supernatural was inspired by La Lorona legend. But instead taking children and drowning them. She kills men who are unfaithful to girlfriends and wives after she drowns her children in jealous fit of rage.
Wow that is really scary creepy and mysterious. It could be possible this woman who died turned into a ghost. she even came to his door dancing with a creepy smile and knife. I would be so scared.
