  • I was asked to build one of these a couple years ago and finally got around to it! I had a couple old mahogany doors laying around, so decided to use them. I went with an old shipping crate style. Let me know what you think!

    Did you first stain a coat with the brush into the gaps and edges and then stained the hole thing over or is it diluted paint what you've brushed on first? 🤔
    Awesome how it came out, i love that different kind of use look you've reached on that one in comparison to most others i saw on ytube..
    To another time i will definitely build a chest like yours👏🏻😎💪🏻

    Its beautiful, but the tools you used only a full time professional have, this project is not for DIY, I am looking for project, that are simple in nature can be done with few basic DIY tools like circular saw, mitre saw and drill/driver

    • @AModernMaker
      @AModernMaker  3 года назад

      It can be done with those tools. Just need a hand saw to rip the pieces in half.

  • @calholli
    @calholli 3 года назад

    0:15 ... that saw guide moves more than an inch before the cut is finished. lol.
    You would have been better off just cutting with a regular skill saw. You don't need that $1k clumsy thing.. hahaha.
