- After my family being very persistent for me to go grocery shopping, I gave him. I know like I told you before I’m really enjoying not having to go to the grocery store so much but with the holidays coming, we do so many parties. We have so many people over that. I feel like I pretty much live at the grocery store until after the first of the year.
I haven’t even done by Thanksgiving shopping yet because I had to get regular things to restock some stuff in our pantry or fridge and , my husband is trying to eat right so I had to get more fresh veggies and fruits and things like that.
This is our monthly grocery haul, we did spend a little bit more than normal because like I said in the video, we had a welcome back party for Gideon and we invited all of his friends. They came over and we had wings and dips and pop and party foods. It was just a really nice weekend and I’m so thankful to have Gideon back.
And this weekend is Robert’s birthday so I have to not only get my grocery shopping in for Thanksgiving dinner but also a Birthday Haul and we’re gonna be doing a big party with games.
And to top it off we have our first photo shoot for my cookbook that’s coming in 2024 so that’s another thing I have to add to my plate.

Izzy makes me laugh.... Usually she is drawn to anything mini but when she finds a huge wheel of cheese she wants it.... I agree though... when it comes to cheese there is never enough... Muenster cheese is the BEST... Nothing melts better... It does have a mild flavor but works great for grilled cheese sandwiches and on pizza...
Agree! Grilled cheese with Munster is delicious and picture worthy when cut in two and the cheese melts perfectly. Also I love to add a few dill pickles to my grilled cheese once it’s finished.

I just made homemade mayo and other condiments over the weekend and they were amazing! So much tastier than store. A tip I read was to emulsify the egg and oil first before you add seasoning or anything so that it doesnt split and make soup instead lol. It was super easy and so yummy

I know that Pre-shredded cheeses are super convenient- but I just switched over to bricks & grate them myself because I learned that there is gross fillers in the Pre-shredded to keep it from clumping. I know you’ve been trying to delete gross stuff from your foods- just thought you might want to look into this. 😁
I have had to go back to the pre shred as my food processor havw out for shredded cheese and hand grating is a pain

I was so distracted with the writing, i really thought you must be lowkey genius to write backwards lol
I used to write backwards for the longest time only while in school up until the 3rd grade and, even after that some but, only school because, if you are a lefty in grade school they used to force you to write with your right hand! My dad and, mom had to always address this with the teachers at school, because, if you also got caught writing with your left hand, their were several teachers that weren’t very nice! A fact when, my mom went to school all those yrs ago she was treated the exact same way!

I love getting plain yoghurt and blending frozen fruit in to it, it has no sugar and seems a lot healthier.
Where I am in the Southeast when time changes it gets light earlier here, by 6 it's starting to get daylight. It gets dark starting around 4:30 completely dark by 5:30. Summer is the other way around gets light later in the morning and stays light until nearly 9.

The charro beans would be a nice side with carnitas. Can even add leftover carnitas into the beans
The best clean mayo is to make your own or primal mayo.

The time change in fall makes it lighter in the morning, though, right? I think? 7:30am looks like what 8:30pm would look like. And 730pm is much darker, like 830pm would look. It's just tragically dark early and late in the winter. ❤️🩹 Short days.
On the upside, days will start getting longer again soon! ❤

Just so you know the date on products is a sell by date!! Once you open it and how long it last depends on how well it wrapped etc... in your fridge!! Everybody 's different. Once air hits it your dealing with alot of variables!! Happy Thanksgiving!! Enjoy!!😊

I don't know how my sister keeps calm when she goes out with her children and people ask which children are hers.😡 Yes they are adopted but they are her children. I lost it at a restaurant when a couple asked which were her real children. I am not regretting my reaction.🤪

hello i dont trust any fake sugars, i much prefer to monitor my real sugar intake. i am in Australia so a bit easier for us! anything in moderation is fine and unless your Hubby is diabetic normal yoghurt should be fine, he does have a physical job. please after thanksgiving read up on it. all the best 🙂
