I met Jimi in the late 90s and started working for him, doing his website, social media was coming into play. Knew him well, loved him like a brother and miss him more than words can express, gone way too soon, so much talent.
Wow, that's great that you knew him so well - he's one of my favorite singers ever. I was not lucky enough to ever meet him. So sorry for the loss of your friend. ❤
He was talking about Crossroads Moment. It's a great CD. Jimi's 2012 Never Too Late. CD and the 2022 Rock Hard CD's are also very good. Anything he sings is so special. Just got the Rock Hard CD and I love it. One of the best rock singers ever!
Agree. Some idiots criticise his live performances of eye of tiger and burning heart but they dont even realise that even the great singers dont sound as good live. A cd goes throuhg many phases before being released. I thought he done fantastic in his live shows.
LIke FRank Sinatra , Tony Bennett, Jackie Wilson, Sam Cooke, Steve Perry in prime, Young Rod Stewart, Steve Marriott, Paul Mcartney, James Taylor couldn't sing as well live as their records? Wow why are defending a less than vocalist to death like this?
@@jalanjones7310 well I must say Steve Perry is known to have been legendary to sound amazing singing live. His performances in concert sounding better live. Than in a recording studio will go down in history. As being the one true singer who sounds better live than a recording.
Such a down to earth humble and talented gentleman. Lovely to hear him speak. Wish he was still with us.

He was one of my biggest vocal influences, and once emailed me vocal advice. Such a Class Act.
@@VIDEOHEREBOB that was my job. Read his emails and forward the important ones to him. He was a kind soul.
