I love that you used prepared items but considering that your fandom's head canon is that you grow your own wheat to get bread, it's pretty hilarious to see that you just spruced up some prepared items 😂😂😂😂😂.
Frank has the right idea! I always get stuck in the kitchen, trying to get my mom to go and have fun... but the best is when she sneaks back in, lets me cook, and then we just hang out it the kitchen having rum and cokes. Love you mom :)
Great! This is my first Christmas in Spain, and all my family are in Ireland. I'm going to try some of these ideas with my boyfriend. They're perfect for all the evenings on Zoom calls that are ahead of us this Christmas!
The thing i really like about this... it's not going overboard with the ingredients. Lot's of channels come up with 50 choices of cheese from countries you never heard of. But Frank, Frank just keeps it simple. Thanks man. Nice ideas, affordable, and really easy to do. :)
Serving tray with compartments - looks nice and useful.Would you please post a link and/or some product description? BTW, made your version of mulled wine and ur was very good.
Only bad thing about Boursin cheese is that for some reason a lot of it spontaneously disappears. I put it on plate and tell myself that I'm only going to eat part of it but then I look down and it's gone. I know it can't be me, because I told myself I wasn't going to eat it all, and that's that. So the only logical explanation is that the stuff just evaporates into the air. They should really work on correcting that terrible defect.
Lol “you’re a chef! You should make fresh stuff!” Anyone who says that does not understand the mind of a chef. Would you want to do your job all day to come home and have to do it again?
Here in Southeastern Pennsylvania a popular and easy snack is Lebanon bologna spread with Philly cream cheese, rolled the sliced. The Lebanon is smoky, a nice contrast to your other meats.
Frank thanks for all the videos, keep them coming. Love Bursain, nice platter. For those not in America Trader Joe's is Aldi for us. Personally I'm my mulled wine I prefer cloves or cardamom instead of star anise.
Cassis (black currant liquor) is usually used in Kir Royal. ‘Kir’ is after Fr Félix Kir, a French Roman Catholic priest and member of the WWII French resistance, who apparently liked mixing Cassis with white wine. The later Royal version with sparkling wine is an upgrade, but not sure if by Fr Kir himself.
Well chef Frank thank you for the pomegranate tutorial, I had one about a month ago and I still feel like there’s the occasional splatter on a random cabinet from when I ate mine
Fantastic sweater AND fantastic party spread!!! (。▼皿▼) I just 💜LOVE💜 that you share such practical preparations that anyone can do to really enjoy their friends and family during these holidays! Looking forward to the upcoming bread video.
yak boursin cheese is the worst of french cheese trust me i am french and i can tell you evreything about french cheeses ,thank you for your pomme granate technique
I know I'm a little late to the party, but I had to tell that I'm one of those crazy people who does not, under any circumstance, like pepperoni. I think it's disgusting.
“This is a nice platter for four or five people”
Me, halfway through the tray and entire vat of mulled wine: “Yes, tasteful platter to serve 4-5.”

Damn, if my country wasn't in Lockdown I'd have my friends over and try this in a heartbeat.

We bought it at a yard sale. It’s mid century. There are no markings on it that say the maker.
Chef Frank - thanks for the reply. I liked the design, did several searches and found nothing like it. Now I know why. Happy Christmas!

I see that sweater... Good taste! I'm going to find one, and wear it the next time someone asks me to wear a TIE.

When I see Frank's Galactic Empire sweater I just hear the imperial march sung with Ho ho ho, ho hoho, ho hoho...
All of this looks amazing but, the sweater really stole the show
Merry Christmas Frank!
Merry Christmas, Frank! And thanks for the good tips!

Mini picked peppers stuffed with cottage cheese or boursin.
Chef Frank, you've got to try the "smack the pomegranate with a wooden spoon" trick. It's glorious!
Those all look really delicious, I wanted to eat the apple out of that cider drink haha...
Happy Holidays! Prost!

Frank! Who is trying to have a cocktail party right now?
With your family and your cats like that meme with the human and the cat drinking
12:05 how fitting....
Maybe it’s just two people on a zoom call with friends?
I know I'm a little late to the party, but I had to tell that I'm one of those crazy people who does not, under any circumstance, like pepperoni. I think it's disgusting.
"A quick coctail party cause i spent to much time feeding my cows"
Use the opposite side of spoon to stir the drink.
I presume that isn't Cider in the British sense?
