2 1/4 cup/560 ml milk
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp/90 ml cider vinegar
3 eggs
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp/90 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp/15 ml vanilla extract
3 cup/384 g ap flour
1 tbsp/17 g baking powder
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp/125 g sugar
1 1/2 tsp/8.5 g baking soda
1 1/2 tsp/8.5 g salt
Cook on a griddle at 300 F/149 C
