Thank you GMBN, im only young, but thanks to your tips and advice over the years I've got so good at this sport, absolutely obsessed. Hoping to upgrade to an actually good bike to get started on comps!! THANK YOU GMBN!!
After washing, it's best to blow-dry the whole bike, & grease the chain & others that need greasing thereafter. In my experience, blow-drying with air blower removes the waters that are trap in the bike's crevices & speeds up my bike washing/cleaning. Lots'a love, cheers, & Mabuhay, from tropical Philippines! #KeepBiking
You have the back brake on your left hand? LoL 🤣 even in bikes you have contrary sides like cars? Sorry, but I found this hilarious. BTW excellent videos! One of the best MTB channels in RUclips !
Hello GMBN! I can't find Doddy's video on how to setup the gears in description as Rich said it will be. Great video as always! Thank you for the tips, Rich. Simple and practical.
7:02 The limit screws on both my shimano mechs is a #1 philips head. just an FYI 8:55 Since I smahsed up my right knee and femur in 2019, i've missed being able to do wheelies. Turns out the bend angle needed for a wheelie is too much for my poor leg.
It went together easily in less than an hour. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
Hi everyone, been trying to get my hands on a long cage sramm xx derailleur 10 speed, if anyone of you have one you don't need, pls put it on ebay, been trying for over a year now to get one but they're so rare
you guys at GMBN are OBSESSED with wheelies. stop. please. that or please show me you actually using it on the trail (and not just doing it to show off on the trail or for the sake of doing a wheelie on the trail) - particularly an XC trail ride. sure, hopping over something i get...but doing a wheelie on an XC/trail ride I have NEVER felt the need. can yall just dial it back on the wheelie this year?
Man I love GNBN, but they have about 10 different videos with the same advice on every single one…feels like they are constantly struggling for ideas for content.
I love little videos like this, keeps basic info at the front of my brain.
I really appreciate that he's using a hardtail.
We love to include a variation of bikes! We do it as much as we can! Thanks for the comment! 👍

You're not serious are you?! You can't be...
Break = damage Brake = to slow down

One more skill is how to survive after a serious crash. Show us how to ....
Survive after a crash or how to crash and not get hurt too much?
Step one do not crash
Usually you're sliding on your stomach with your chin riding the contours before you know what happened!
