I think having a new apartment will really do ya well, new environment’s are clutch when you are going through a breakup.
Dang I remember you were also part of the reason I got my standing desk and walking pad setup. Bummer you didn’t get that much use out of it. Good luck selling any other furniture you gotta get rid of in the next few weeks!
Last thing i’ll say, I have a small ice roller that has sides for different parts of your face & it really helps when I feel pressure on my face from stress. I got it off amazon!

I'm thinking you already know this but I'll say it, anyway - your name means light and it's also associated with hope. During this difficult time, you've been embodying both light and hope. You've continued to be a dedicated employee at work, you've been knocking out your usual chores, you've bonded with friends and have experienced how supportive they can be (even your newer friends have come through for you), you're still of a mind to conquer your goals, you're taking care of yourself physically and emotionally - I could really go on. But I say all this because I know firsthand how easy it can be to completely forget to give ourselves credit for soldiering on when it feels like the darkness is enveloping us. Of course, we DO have to let ourselves feel our emotions because it's a part of healing, but I hope you see that you have been both light and hope. You always say: "Cheers, you guys." With your fair skin I think it would look really pretty. But go to a place where they know what they’re doing. Some people cut their hair after a relationship hiccup- but maybe a color change- color your eyebrows too…
