I’m a bit older than you guys, and I’m always mind blown by the pressure your generation puts on yourselves, journaling, exercising, holding down a job, on top of extracurricular careers, regular socializing…was glad you cut yourself some slack in the end. In one episode Aline asked a question that I thought was so perfect, “how many things am I supposed to do in a day?”. None of us really know…I think about that question all the time. It was so in point and funny.

I’m always impressed with both you and Aline’s self-awareness at such a young age. Accessing how you are feeling and making adjustments is such a valuable skill. The older generation has suffered from not having this awareness. You’re doing a great job!

I work in health care so I’ve been working in person since the beginning of the pandemic and now people are going back into the office more (even though the pandemic definitely isn’t over) and it’s wild to see the big push back to the office when I’m FINALLY allowed to work from home most days now 😅

One of the many wonderful things about your content is your candidness and openness about the pressures and anxieties you feel day-to-day. Hey Michelle! I can totally relate with you about the micromanagement. I recently started a new job and its night and day. I didn't know how l would be able to adjust going in the office every day and its been ok. I have my own office again so that's nice and there aren't alot of people in my area. I actually love getting cute and going to the office. Cute outfits and the event looked fun! Beautiful birthday dress

On the days I work from home, I tend to stay in pajamas until lunch. Then I use my lunch time to eat and get cleaned up/dressed for the rest of the day.

Im being micro managed for about 7 years now and its exhausting, I love my job and I love what I do and its hard to leave but maybe something good will come my way and Ill finally be able to make that decision to go
