In the past I have used athlete Ronnie Shalvis in my other Assassin's Creed videos. He however is recovering from an injury still, and we thought it would be best for him to recover fully before we worked together again. But he is good friends with Chris Romwell, and Ronnie actually suggested him, for us to use.

We had the chance to fly down to Comic-Con San Diego, and shoot this there. We got to work with some of the Assassin's Creed team on the production of this video, and we got to film on the Star of India for the Pirate Ship scenes. It was an amazing opportunity, and super thankful for Ubisoft/Assassin's Creed trusting us with their character from their game! Honestly can't wait for it!
This was all shot on a Canon 1DC, in 4K. Most of it was shot on a Canon 16-35mm. We shot in super low light, often around 6400 ISO.

I think that this is the reaction of a big percentage of us viewers:
1. Look at the screen and think this is awesome
2. A great burst of inspiration to learn to do the same
3. Look down at your belly and/or weak arms
4. Glumly finishes the video.
Thats why im building my strenght this whole summer so i can start learning next year. You just gotta get that motivation going on.
I have the same plan. I am going to the threadmill an hour or two a day. Eventually push ups and chin ups as well. a few months and ill try to attempt parkour.

Then im also doing chin ups (currently i can barely do 2) and push ups too. Im also gonna lift weights cauz i wanna have strong arms cauz they are usefull if not even necessary in parkour.

You need to be the perfect specimen of a human being to do something as amazing as this. You need to be incredibly athletic, flexible, strong, quick on your feet, and have insane hand-eye coordination. But the mental aspect of this is just as important. You need to have really smart decision-making and you need to do it faster than you can run. Incredible how people are physically and mentally tuned to do something this impressive.
