    I’ve had mine for about 10 months now, I got it for anybody has knew that it was a company. They literally sent me a card with it that said congratulations. First of 10 customers purchase. Right after I received it I went to immediately by another one because of how well put together it was and they were already over sold and pre-order. This has to be the best scooter I’ve ever written for that amount of money. And yes, it is a kukirin G3 pro it even says kukirin under the swing arm. But I can tell you from experience and I have over 300 miles on it. Not a single thing has gone wrong. I have not popped single tire and there has been nothing off-road short of the dirtbike track that the thing has not been able to handle. I really love your channel buddy. I’m starting my own. I will be featuring electric skateboards such as exway, Atlas flex pro, and this awesome gala will be on the channel plenty thank you so much for keeping this alive with your great videos. I hope I can match yours and qualities one day.

      I just popped my back tire after 1000 miles and they literally still haven’t restocked after months so I’m about to buy a kukirin g3 pro tire to try to see if it’s compatible because I rely on my gallop for commute and it’s really fucked me not having a replacement

      I got this scooter (The Gallop) for a commuter scooter on my short 4 mile commute. I originally considered an e bike, but you get way more bang for your buck with a scooter. Also I'm in Florida and when it rains I can throw the scooter in the trunk of an uber to get it home.

    Nice review.I just went to the site and it shows $1149.Don't know if it is the same exact spec(52v23ah dual 1200watt motors) you tested here but for the money it is a really good scooter.Prob a best bang for the buck.I got the RR RS5 max of course you tested and have had it almost 2 months and love this thing.Got 275 miles with no issues so far.Have not used 3rd gear with dual motor yet.Dual motor in 2nd gear is strong and I only weigh 160.On vaca this week down my shore house in NJ and will be riding all week.

  • @Scooter-King.
    @Scooter-King. 5 месяцев назад +2

    The Ausom Gallop is a killer deal. The lower power battery and budget components really help keep the cost down and you can use a lot of the parts off the Roadrunner site for upgrades. The issue is the low power 25amp controller. You can't really upgrade that to the more powerful RS5 Pro/Max versions because the tires will rotate backwards. The Roadrunner Pro/Max are really in a different league altogether . If you could upgrade to higher power controllers and match it to the massive battery, the better premium components, the Nutt brakes, the locking grips, the newer locking deck design, the upgraded lighting, you would essentially have a RS5 Pro but you'd spend nearly that on just the parts and they would not be tuned to the controller/ display.

    • @amc6090
      @amc6090 5 месяцев назад +1

      the roadrunner comes from the same chinese brand as the gallop but is significantly more expensive because they stick their brand to it with some minor differences. Not worth over paying for the RR, especially if you read the endless negative reviews on it.

    • @Scooter-King.
      @Scooter-King. 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@amc6090 That used to be true, not any more. All scooters have some kind of Chinese origin, its what the brand does with it that matters.

    • @amc6090
      @amc6090 5 месяцев назад

      @@Scooter-King. thats my point, roadrunner does nothing significant enough to justify the price over the gallop. They are nearly identical with roadrunner having significantly more negative reviews. They are kind of uglier too but thats just a matter of opinion and doesnt matter. In fact, brands like Kukirin have significantly improved their scooters and are slowly becoming a recognized brand. I can't justify the RR for that price after doing all my research.

    • @Scooter-King.
      @Scooter-King. 5 месяцев назад +3

      @@amc6090 I feel ya and I thought the same until I started comparing the Kukirin G3 Pro and Ausom Gallop directly against the RS5 Pro/Max in more detail. After taking apart each scooter, the differences become substantial.
      G3 Pro/Gallop vs RS5 Pro/Max
      1200 motors vs 1400 motors
      Tubed Tires vs Tubless tires
      Older XOD brakes vs Nutt Brakes
      Old combo deck lock vs newer key lock
      1rst gen 25 amp vs 2nd gen 30amp cntroler
      Flimsy E bike throttle vs heavy thumb style
      Old plastic buttons vs C&C metal controls
      non locking grips vs dual locking grips
      older stem vs upgraded stem&latch bolt
      no side ambient lights vs logo ambients
      Plus you can't upgrade the controllers in the G3 Pro/Gallop without f*#king up the motors.
      Its all the upgrades you would probably want to make anyway and the more you ride, the bigger differences these changes make, especially how the controller is tuned to the battery. Trust me, I really wanted the Gallop/G3Pro to be the same scooters and save some cash, like REALLY, but in the end, you get what you pay for.

    • @amc6090
      @amc6090 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@Scooter-King. most of the things you mentioned are nice on paper but everything put together as a whole, its still a over priced mediocre build scooter, you;re comparing a $2k scooter to a $1,100 one, having 1400 motors is nice and all but it doesn't make it a better scooter for that price difference. I get your overall point, but the price difference imo is more price gauging than getting you're money's worth.

    Great review, thank you! So many things I love about this scooter. I think they all should have removable batteries & come with vented fire proof charge cases for charging the batteries. By vented I mean a standard wall mount laundry dryer vent for residential, something different yet effective for extra small apartments : designated fireproof vented charge lockers; all the more reason removable batteries are key for safety. Battery chargers should also have built in easy programmable digital shut off timers (cheap on Amazon in the meantime). Scooters should also have USB phone chargers so you can partially delete a fully charged battery in the event you have to let it sit for a prolonged amount of time to help preserve battery life. Main reason I didn't buy this excellent value scooter was the 260 ish lb max load capacity - I'm around 220lbs & sometimes like to haul things including my girlfriend (safely & low speed).

    Nice review looks like a knock off rs5

      Yeah it basically is, I only had the RS5 max to compare it with which is a little bit different, but they are very similar. However, this one is much slower, about 10 seconds 0-30 mph, while the RS5 max was about 7.5 seconds. It easily leaves the ausom in the dust. Is it the same for the regular rs5? Idk

    Long term review? I’m really torn on getting this I think it’s great value for money just concerned about quality and how easy it is to get parts. Also the customer service has some serious issues. Debating on this and spending more and getting the mukuta 10+ but I wasn’t really wanting to spend that much

      I have put 1,800 miles on my gallop. Best scooter I ever owned for money. Better than segway, unagi and even wolf king gt because of price to value ratio. Easy change tire, easy maintenance and good looking.

      @@chrissteele7416 If I use dual motor and try go top speed, maybe 20 miles range with some hills. But best I ever got was 52 miles on single motor and almost no hill and no stop and go. Was straight back and forth on flat land when I vacation in Oklahoma. Super flat land man. You no question this scooter. Is good and my famiry have the same scooter overseas! My nephew calling it THE TERMINATOR because you cannot be killing this tank no matter what you abuse it

      @@chrissteele7416 TY brother Chriss teele. I using single motor (mostly) but is easy switch from dual to single. Dual is take more battery juice but is much fast accelerator and top speed.

I will be featuring electric skateboards such as exway, Atlas flex pro, and this awesome galap will be on the channel plenty thank you so much for keeping this alive with your great videos. I hope I can match yours and qualities one day.
