Hi BEM, this is good, and I admire you doing it. I've subscribed to your channel because I love hearing a voice like this! A thought/recommendation: So we know the average income per person (you show that on the video). And we know that for a given state. And you also show the average cost of living per person. It would be instructive if you had a two-column table - actually 3 - the percentage above or below national average for income, the percentage above or below national average for cost of living, and the ratio between them. That third column would be very interesting to see. Best to you man!
