I am so very thankful to you. Today a year later in preparation for upcoming winter successfully installed my new auger. AND HUGE appreciation for the Allen wrench tip and how it’s not noticeable. Music to my ears no grinding clunking old auger just silent peaceful quiet with only the sweet little sound of the trickle of pellets dropping in. I’m so excited to accomplish this 🎉
Thanks for mentioning about the vacuum switch and the blockage in the air vent. That was my issue. Saved me a lot of hassle.. just needed to clean the vents
Ok, I hope I can articulate my problem. I had a meltdown with the nylon gasket the goes on the auger housing. I can't see to get the new one lined up. Any ideas, or videos I can watch to see if I installed it properly?
I'm having a no feed problem but when I turn the unit on the motor shaft will turn clockwise about a 1/2" then bounces back. It just repeats this until you shut the unit off. Still my motor?
UNEQUIVOCALLY BEST clearly presented diy fix it video EVER!!! Thank you!
Thanks!

Which vents? Considering we have the same pellet stove as in this video.

How did you wire your motor to test. I have have a pellet stove that will not feed fast enough to keep up with the burn rate thanks.

Replaced the auger now it's hot...turns even when the unit is off. 🤨 ugh, any advice?
Which pins do you apply the 110V in order to bench test the motor..?
black and white(the 2 that are closer together in that smap-on case)
