I only kept saying embryo because that’s what it was when I had my embryo transfer. I realize I’m growing a baby now, but sometimes it takes us women who have gone through IVF and years of infertility to call it a “baby”…calling it “my baby” is actually really difficult when I’m still struggling with believing I’m pregnant and still knowing anything can happen. It’s just a way of protecting my heart. Thanks again!❤️🤗
I understand , because I know the pain. I believe in God and I believe that God has been merciful on you and blessed you with this beautiful bundle of joy , a human being , who will change your life , and the love you have forever ❤

Great video as always and very helpful! I am also eating beets, pineapple and salmon. ☺️ Today I am day 4 past My embryo transfer. Trying to relax( not easy). I went for a walk this Morning and it felt good. 🥰 I love seeing your little baby bump! ❤️
@@ChasingDestiny22 i am eating Yogurt, eggs with toast , fruits, orange juice and a tiny bit of coffee ( I did not drink coffee the first 2 days) but the migraine was all of control.

Beets are great for building uterine lining because they contain nitric oxide which dilates blood vessels helping to supply the uterus with oxygen rich blood. So nice job on eating them! I hear pineapple is great and of course salmon is amazing for the omegas and protein. Praying your little embryo sticks!💕 thank you so much for sharing!🤗❤️
Yeah I’ve tried ginger candies as well as real ginger, just doesn’t work for me. They’re ginger chews are really good tho! Honestly just snacking helps lol

You can totally have oatmeal!! Just make sure the oats are organic. But eat what you love, I think that’s so important!❤️
