Personal transcript, CV. You can also get an English proficiency certificate from your school. Your transcript and CV would be doing the first job when mailing a faculty.

Please I will like to go in for Engineering. I got a link online and apply but they ask for application fee so I discovered it was fake. Please can I get a Link to apply for either Canada or US.
Search for schools in your intended countries offering the your course.
Comb each website and engage the faculty members that fit with your research interest. Mail them and start from there.

I think WES evaluation would be your best bet.
You can confirm with the grad cord if there’s need to do Wes evaluation
