  • As Season 1 of Just So You Know comes to a close, Jamie and Justina take a profound spiritual journey with Sharon Gannon - founder of Jivamukti Yoga - who knows a thing or two about yoga, veganism, and how to have compassion for yourself and for people you don’t see eye to eye with. But first, Jamie tells the story of a very different journey … that almost ended in a disaster at the airport.

👏 good job. Season 1was great. Can't wait for Season 2. Sharon Gannon is awesome. Would love an episode on how to introduce kids to veganism when they don't live with you, example a grandchild who lives in a non vegan home. ❤❤❤❤

I would love to see you guys unpack the connections that exist between speciesism and other forms of oppression. I recently read “Eternal Treblinka” and “The Sexual Politics of Meat”, and seeing how speciesism is used to uphold structures like patriarchy and colonialism was deeply striking to me.
