- After losing their first Test of the year against Los Pumas in round one of The Rugby Championship, New Zealand have adapted and are hungry to respond at their fortress of Eden Park. Captain Ardie Savea and forwards coach Jason Ryan spoke to media on the eve of the rematch.

Every AB game carries the same pressure wherever it is. That's what creates a Rugby history second to none. All the opposition have had something to aim at since the 19th Century.

@@ManaBlack208 Plummer would be a better fit. He can run a game plan at least and doesn't run around like a headless chicken. Dmac slows the back line up too much, throws passes to where they are, not where they will be. Everyone that catches a Dmac pass has to check their runs

I am not convinced by Razor and his staff coaching.
That is pretty much why Vern Cotter is back in NZ. He brings a wealth of international experience and can take the reins when the Robertson experiment and his CTE-induced philosophical approach end. His brain hasn't been right since Kefu steam rolled him back in 2000.
How can you make any deduction? He’s hasn’t even had one year with the boys. Save your judgement for further down the line or if he keeps losing.

AB have depth..only players not selected. Great depth in props hookers centre wingers fullbacks..

Every dog has their day, the cycle is rolling again the ABs are on the way up. The Boks are at the top and will come down, their average age is higher than most and they riding the crest of that wave. Think back to 2007-2010, won the WC and then kicked on, beat the ABs 3-0 in 2009, we had Isaac Ross playing then, we had no locks, no outside backs of note, we didn't know who our midfield was, by the end of the 2009 tour, we figured out how we wanted to play, we figured out how to advance and come 2010 we were regularly winning. Then come 2011 we win the WC and kicked on for another 4-5 years as top dogs. Ireland took over, won a few 6N and now the Boks. It is what it is.

Overall for razor because lose the fortress Éden Park, it will be terrible for him : 1rst coach losing in eden park and the RC will be lost..coming from 1rst defeat vs argentina...it will be a bashing crazy on Razor ...the whole country will ask his dead .

Learnings. A term devised by coaches, pundits and Ab players in NZ. First used after being outmuscled and outsmarted by Argentina. In simple terms you need adults in that coaching booth. Otherwise there’s no break dancing after the match. Please respect test matches, this is not super rugby.
Argentina have four loose forwards in the pack so clearly will be gunning for turnovers in the rucks so Ardie will need to be at his best.Should be a cracking game😅
Again and again it comes down to the forwards1-8 they need to dominate rucks/ mauls/ set piece and general play, if they cant go forward then we will have a repeat of last weekends result
