    That's a lot of chapters!
...I have nothing to actually say about this book, I just bought it. 115 chapters in 12 hours is really wild though.

They're fairly manageable, it's a lot of short scenes rather than being broken up by broader plot movements, I kind of like it actually.

Finally got a chance to start digging into this one and it's been a blast so far. Everywhere you turn it just keeps revealing more fun, weird details about the world. The community has a llama problem because Ian brought some to make the place seem exotic and it "got out of hand." All the offhand references to Elizabeth's international superspy past. Donna just completely surrenders to the whims of the club like two chapters in. It's really great. And unless I'm misreading things, it seems to be strongly implying that Joyce killed her late husband and got away with it?

I think I'd agree with most everything you've observed there. It's such a vibrant feeling novel because of how many world building details it has that have no dedicated descriptions. It's such a fine line to walk in a mystery without confusing details for clues, but Richard Osman nails it here.
