- Florida can be tricky. There just aren't many pattern lakes in the state. It is more of an area-based deal and if you aren't around them, you know it. I am just 2 pounds out of the cut so we aren't in a bad spot. I just have to try some new areas and hit the ones that have been producing hard today. I also need to stumble onto the elusive big bite that you have to have to be competitive in these Florida tournaments.
