They have a 40% change on the O line: Jurgens physically replaces Kelce (that's 20%) and Steen ostensibly replaces Jurgens at RG (that's another 20%). Those two moves decrease the talent level on the O line. Everyone thinks that Stout can get these guys up to speed quickly. Maybe. But Stout doesn't play the game. I'm not sold on Steen, and the guys they could replace him with have injury histories. I'm not comfortable yet with the O line. I hope they solve it this summer.
I've heard hall of fame players say that there is A LOT MORE to head coach than what we all see on the surface. Until you've lead dozens and dozens of grown men with various types of personalities, over time, to the pinnacle of their profession, odds are you're framing it ... incorrectly.
