So far it is great. So glad you are putting individual water cut offs. The whole house cut off is fine till it freezes up from hard water., Also upgrade on faucets. I would enjoy this home. Would do away with all the carpet and go plank flooring thru out. Outside lights on each corner of the house would be very nice. Sky light in spare bath is nice. Thank you for the light cabinets. Still prefer white appliances.

This is correct with the hard water. If you do not have the proper filtration and do not know what is in your water, it can damage many components of any house.
Fortunately we can order with plank throughout if you would like :)

Wow! That's one beautiful home. I imagine that there will be brick under pinning? Like all of the colors. Wonder if you could put concrete countertops on those cabinets. It would look great with the natural wood cabinet color. I would do double rods in master closet and maybe a shelf against the wall against the water closet. Would like to see the finished product once it's completely done. Thanks for sharing 👍
Correct, this one will have brick skirting. Im hoping I can get an update video done on this one :)
Nice home. I guess that's a coat closet when you walk in. A must for me. I wouldn't get the tub in the master. I would like more cabinets in the bathroom instead. Thanks for the video.

Beautifully Done!! Cornered Fireplaces is my Fav. Need a pantry!! I also would rather have one master bathroom sink and a linen closet next to the bath instead. Less cleaning for me, lol

What with the brown cabinets always? It makes me not want to see the home for what it offers.
The golden oak cabinets are no longer available. We have natural, stained titanium and painted white.

I like the kitchen layout and the beautiful golden oak cabinets. But not the appliance colors. Appliances need color. Retro is becoming popular. Many people these days of all ages, especially women, would live a colorful kitchen. Pink appliances, or turquoise, or even the colors of the 70s. People are gettin tired of lookin at blah browns, beiges, and black. Just thought I'd mention it.
I would have to disagree on your retro colors. Nothing in the housing market suggest this for what I’ve seen. Maybe custom niche builders but nothing mainstream.
