  • Demo of two Edwards Company Adaptabel no. 340 alarm bells.
These bells were made by the Edwards Signaling Company of Norwalk, CT around 1960. They are one of the most famous designs of alarm bells and the design is still used today. These are general purpose scheduling bells, vibrating type, they run off of 24 volts AC. Model no. 340, but by today's model numbering system these would be no. 340-4G5, with 4G5 being the suffix for the 24VAC vibrating model. These two particular bells came out of my church where they were previously used in a doorbell system. Very neat pieces, glad to have these.
