Pray for the protection and safety of all the fire men. When I checked CA current fires map, it appeared to me that all those burning fires are on the same location of the fault line.
And which fault would this be? Line started on San Andreas, airport is west of Elsinore FZ & not on the San Andreas, the one north of San Dimas and away from the San Andreas FZ, and the one out near thousand oaks is nowhere near the San Andreas FZ... Yeah no, none are on the same fault.
From Arizona So sorry for this tragic fire season! California doesn't get a break! You take more than your fair share of homeless people and migrants and try your very BEST to deal! Then you just get garbage from other ( mostly red!) states! You deserve credit NOT blame!!!
The "tree huggers" in charge of California's forest management program are directly to blame for these massive fires. We (I'm a Cali native born and raised) never had fires this bad in the 50's, 60's, 70's up to the late 80's in Cali. There's way less forest now than there was 50 years ago (do to development) but the fires are getting worse every year, why? The only thing that has changed are the forest management policy's. No more large scale clear cutting, no more large scale underbrush burning/clearing. The fuel supply (underbrush) is out of control and directly contributes to the massive size of fires today. California government is directly 100% responsible for these disasters most of which are preventable. They deserve every single bit of criticism they get.
Allowing panhandling, illicit drug use on the streets, encampments that promote disease, etc, is NOT dealing with anything in a constructive manner. That's the opposite of civilization.
Please stop referring to it as the “airport fire”. Tell us you aren’t familiar with south county without telling us. It’s a remote control hobby “airport”. There are no real airports in small canyons.

@@popsnela3851 It's not funny. I don't know how I'll manage. It's in California so I'm gonna have to figure out where to clean up my destroyed vacation home and property. I would just hire a dozer and and have them dump everything for me. But I can't do that because of stupid regulations saying where you can and can't dump. Then I have to pay to get permission to rebuild and pay an "inspector" to tell me what I can and can't do and decide if I can use it or not. Then I have to hire approved contractors. Then I'll have to rent a vacation spot while I wait for all of that instead of having my own place. It's all a mess.
