First off, this sounded awesome with headphones. The drums and bass lays a great foundation throughout. The bass is sic. Nice guitar work in and out the transitions. Made a fan out of me and will be adding to my playlist. Can’t wait to hear what’s next from this band.
I really enjoyed this song and I want to hear more. I love rock and it’s exactly my style. Thanks to you and the subscriber for introducing this to me.
I really liked that - it’s hard to make heavier songs catchy but they managed it, with a good tune over the top and that little nugget of what they can do without distortion was just a way of saying “Yeah we can do that too, we know what we’re doing”. Bravo! 👏🏼
Can you please react to "Live and Let Die" by Paul McCartney and Wings. I think I had already suggested it. Thank you, I'm a huge fan of yours and watch every video whenever I get a notification. 😊
@@theviolentrock I listened to the vid/song on your channel too. I'm going to have my hubs listen to it as well, maybe this weekend. What state are you based in?
Loved it! The switch ups, vocal range/variety & I actually liked the bass being more forward. I kinda wanted just a tad bit more aggression vocally. Throw back vibes. 👍
The calm spot in the middle carried weight, the visuals were a good choice. I would like to hear the singer doing other songs. Real potential in this band.
I dig it. Kind of gives me Filter vibes in some ways. I really like the hook. It's catchy and has a good vibe to it. I do find the mix a little bass-heavy though, and there's something about the mix that makes it sound too fuzzy and distorted at times. I think there's too many layers of the same kind of sound. His voice is breathy and a little raspy, and I think there's some kind of vocal processing going on that also adds some distortion, and he's singing on top of distorted guitars, so I think there might be a bit too much distortion layered on distortion. I think the song is really good, but a better mix could make it a potentially great song.
New band for me and I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the reaction. I have a suggestion for you. M People are the band and let's start you off with a track called One Night in Heaven.
Liked the song ! The video itself didn't thrill me, but I'm a "lyrics person!" I closed my eyes (I have a rare disease in my corneas, the flickering did me in) so I could concentrate on the music itself, and I liked it. Thanks JV ;) ~Gin
I love your sweet genuine reactions very much! Maybe, one day you can react to some Ukrainian🇺🇦 music, we have tons of good music, in English too. Big love! ❤
Love the video, love the chorus, love the 80s vibes. Not such a fan of the verses at the start, there's not much of a tune there, and the girl talking before the start isn't needed at all. I feel like you have four different songs here and if you split it out and build out those songs in their own rights, you'd have three really good tracks and one not so good. The chorus is great, the bridge is great, just try to be brave when choosing which parts to cut, and you'll end up with some really tight tracks that show your skills even better.
Ok, lol , you paused at 1min 56 & so I too have to pause & comment. Otherwise, my thoughts will be lost in the ether. I am “impressed” I am gung ho about the initial vocals..so let’s go,..
The bass riff has been used so much by different groups, my first impression i thought of the smashing pumpkins then by the 4th verse i was rhinking of ratcat
I'm a Grandma, I saw all of the great bands live. Not trying to be a smartass, but can you please give me an example of an original bass riff? That no other band has used before?
If we can expect this same high caliber of song-writing eloquence and musicianship in their future releases, we might have a new star in the Rock constellation. I definitely want to hear more after only 20 seconds in. The vocal speaking voice was not my favorite. Not terrible, but not at the same high level of artistry as the rest of the piece as a whole. As a voice teacher/artist, I might even suggest trying a whispered opening prologue. If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work. You’ll know as artists, but I’d try to push exploration of this element further.
This was good! Not normally my style, but the lightness of the vocals and the harmony keep it from getting too murky. Love that soft interlude, they should develop that sound. Lots of talent here! Love from Greece!
Jayvee thanks for the watch and listen man. Appreciate it. Cheers! ⚡️💡
I absolutely love this song!! Such a unique original song and sound!!!!🥰
First off, this sounded awesome with headphones. The drums and bass lays a great foundation throughout. The bass is sic. Nice guitar work in and out the transitions. Made a fan out of me and will be adding to my playlist. Can’t wait to hear what’s next from this band.
🖤 that someone requested this, first time I heard this I loved it. Thanks for reacting to The Violent.

'Everyone has to start somewhere' - they're clearly already on their way. Nice.

Where do I know this song from? Oh it's driving me nuts!
Ok, lol , you paused at 1min 56 & so I too have to pause & comment. Otherwise, my thoughts will be lost in the ether. I am “impressed” I am gung ho about the initial vocals..so let’s go,..
Thank you, Stacey.
The bass riff has been used so much by different groups, my first impression i thought of the smashing pumpkins then by the 4th verse i was rhinking of ratcat
Oh come on.

The glow of her life goes into complete darkness? No. I want my glow to go into the light.
It’s referring to your life ending not the afterlife

Oooh I love this
Not my normal listening but it's a very catchy tune and I'm sure if I heard it on the radio a few times I'd be singing along
Wow I really love it.... Great song!
Thank you, Maurida
I like it. 👍👍👍
Thank you
I dug it like that slap bass effect too
Thank you, Rick. Come over and join us. A lot more music on the way.

This has a mid 2000s vibe.
It's good 👌 ❤️ The beat is 🔥 🔥 🔥

were you born in jamaica?
like late 80s meets early 00's
I've definitely heard worse songs on the radio.
