Thank you very much for your video! I've removed pads and put them back from the top and after that my kid couldn't use ninebot due to low weight, while it worked before. With your step by step guide I fixed it! Thanks again!
Thank you for the instructions. The pad went is perfectly. The only issue I have now it the segway is beeping and flashing. It won't work properly now. How do I remedy this problem? I took it apart and put it back together a second time and it still doesn't work.
Hello, great contribution! One question, I need to place only the two rubber support bases, without removing the battery to avoid losing the warranty, do you know how I could do it? Thank you very much in advance!
Thanks. It is possible but VERY fiddly and more likely to damage the pads trying to do it....do you have a warranty sticker covering something that you need to break or something?

Exactly, there is a sticker waranty. Already I carried the ninebot to the shop. Thanks however
Thanks very much for the video. I replaced both my pads and followed your instructions carefully. When I put it back together, it was going crazy. Starts to move backwards at full speed. I tried the reset by turning upside down but the wheels keep cycling (one in each direction, then clanging) but they never stop. I need help!!! Thanks.
