Great interview! Jenny you made any money from your books than that is great, you deserve to. We fans appreciate all of you who share with us about Elvis for we want to know all we can about this extraordinary man! Thank you for sharing your time with Elvis.

You get the best interviews😊😊😊😊 thank you so much for doing them, and posting them on your channel for all us fans who love to hear everything possible about him. What she said about Elvis's aura was so true - when I saw him in person in San Francisco at the Cow Palace (met Linda at the same time) his looks blew my mind. Linda was soooooooo lucky❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is a fabulous interview. I kept thinking to myself I hope there is a part 2. I'm definitely going to buy her book. Fascinating up close information about Elvis. Exciting stories for us Elvis fans. Thank you very much. 🎵🎶🎵
Well I am sure he found it tedious too, but you need to remember that Elvis could not go to a dance, night club, party, or anywhere else,in public because he was so instantly recognisable and people would have swarmed all over him, or just stood and stared. The media and non Elvis fans think he was weird to surround himself with his entourage of family and old friends, but how would have he survived without them in the early days? He was barely out of his teens and thrown to the wolves in tv, Hollywood, and the more seasoned entertainers. His mafia kept him sane with their genuine friendship, they cared for him, defended him, guarded him, and because he couldn't go out to date girls like most other normal guys, his friends vetted girls they knew would appeal to him.
Hi Joe, I'm just discovering your channel and have enjoyed some excellent interviews the past few days you've shared. Obviously since your comments indicate these were all recorded on cassette they were done years ago. Perhaps for historical purposes you could include the actual dates the recordings were done in the descriptions. Thanks for sharing and posting these excellent insider stories from those who were fortunate enough to know the greatest entertainer and singer on the planet!
It's obvious EP was an expert kisser. In all his movies he gives great kisses, thank goodness that was all immortalized in those films. Interestingly, I heard that Elvis generally insisted that his girlfriends were NOT to take any photos within Graceland. I'm not sure he would have allowed that, but I suspect maybe he didn't know that Ms. Dumas was even staying there while he was away. She says he knew, but we don't know that. People want to think he wasn't strict, but with his privacy I really think that he was. I've never heard about any pontiac's except the one Mindy Miller says he bought for her. However, it's obvious Linda was a very serious girlfriend of his. Maybe he made exceptions for her, and was very good to her friends. WOW, she literally slept in Lisa's room when she was away? She was obviously a very privileged guest I guess he and Ms.Dumas, and Ms. Linda were mutual friends. WOW, imagining spending Christmas at Graceland with him and the little princess!
I loved this but however i dont agree with her taking pictures of his bedroom, that was the one piece of only privacy Elvis truly had, Lisa even protected that about her Daddy 😢 how did lisa feel about this?
I was 11 years old when Elvis died and I remember how upset people were on TV.. Honestly, he was attractive when he first became famous but as the years went by I have a hard time understanding why so many women were throwing themselves at him..I also find his little boy lost routine ridiculous and he came across as a teenager with his hand signals and other situations he had with his so called Mafia..I hate that he became addicted to opiates because I lost a family member at 34 because it took over her life..I have watched some interviews with people rhat were close to him and to be honest it appears like they were basically looking the other way or they were afraid of getting kicked out of the castle..I am not hating on anyone but some of these fans are so stuck in the past its like they refuse to accept that he has almost been dead for 50 years..🥺
He had so many girlfriends when he was with Linda, in 74 he introduced Sheila at his vegas concert she was at same table as Cilla elvis told his beautiful ex to stand up too, but he goes Sheila show everybody that big ring I bought you, I kno he cared so much fir Sheila but she broke up with him after 2 years! Oh Lisa Marie was at the table too Elvis also told her to stand up!
I haven't finished watching this video yet, but I am thinking the book might be "Elvis, Linda and Me" which I bought on Amazon. Still on the way to Australia😊
Gorgeous and unfortunately a womanizer. He just could not remain faithful. He had a very kind heart. No Entertainer today can fill his shoes. A very sad loss. He had so much more to give.
Yes if it came directly from Graceland it was the secretaries that signed them . On the road the guys would sign if Elvis was not thgere . Sonny got very good at doing it. He signed one for me to prove it and it was quite good.

@@teresahoskins4933I know LT says she was by Elvis's side 24/7, but that is very untrue. And it would never have happened bcuz Elvis got tired of his women after a while so he would never be with anyone 24/7 😂 Elvis had many "girlfriends" during 1972 to 1976, which is the time LT was with Elvis. But what LT never says is how their relationship was very tumultuous and that they were on and off a lot. That's when Elvis had Sheila Ryan, Mindi Miller, JoCathy, etc stay at Graceland with him and go on tour with him. So unfortunately, LT was not as special as she wants people to believe.
Not likeable...she somehow thought it was OK to take photographs of Elvises very private space. Lisa Marie his daughter prorected this space but this woman takes it upon herself to violate it. In my opinion she saw dollar signs in the future hence the photographs and the book. Keep advertising the book lady I for one will not line your pockets.
You think so !!! Also it was not OK for Linda to supposedly give her permission it wasn't her private space. This man gave himself and his music to the world who is she to take what little privacy he had from him. This person had an ulterior motive hence the book.
That's why Priscilla left he cheated on her kissing all women. And all the pills never home..But Priscilla and Elvis still loved each other ..he would take Priscilla back in a minute..he missed Priscilla..but he wouldn't married any women
Everyone needs to understand Elvis didn't have a healthy understanding of marriage and he was too busy. He was enjoying the freedom of being with women.
Elvis died from a bad heart high blood pressure liver damage and several other things.his dad knew that why does everyone say drugs because he slurred his words that’s part of the territory when your heart isn’t working.
Quite frankly, the whole female operation he had concocted sounded ridiculous, with staging the appearances, involving all the other people in setting up the women, the phasing of making his move, the hand signals. It sounds so tedious and excessive.
To be in Elvis's bedroom, barely out of your teenage and he read to you from the Bible while everyone in the house thinking he takeing advantage of you because his image was womanizer, it makes sense why the operation concocted was enormous success 🤢
FYI, he was banging Linda for 5 years. Linda was her best friend. Even holding Elvis to the lowest of moral standards it would be safe to assume that he wouldn't make a move on her. @@elygia
But I think you miss my point by a mile. I can't imagine imposing on my circle of friends an elaborate process of staging a date so I impress a girl, and a system of signals and protocols that they have to pay attention to and follow, so I can decide whether I want to sit next to a woman in a movie. It's tedious and absurd.@@elygia

I love to hear these stories
Yeah, so, I definitely need a friend like her in my life!!!!
Thank you for a great interview
Her & Linda both use the word “Honey” a lot for Elvis… I wonder if he really called them both honey as much as they say? 🤣
I have heard Elvis call a lot of women and young girls “Honey” while he was on stage (like when he’d stop for a minute to accept a gift or a kiss)🥰
Yes
It's a southern thing lol I call everybody honey.

You should have not taken pictures of his room!! Just because you were friends with Linda Thompson!!
Wonder how long ago this was taped? She's adorable .... reminds me of Rhoda on Mary Tyler Moore Show.
Around 2006 .but thats a guess . Her book was coming out. This was being used to help promote it

Well thankfully Elvis could sing, otherwise he would've been the best looking broke, single truck driver in Memphis 😂😅😊

With no cars, houses, rings and mountain of money to give 🎉
