Fernleigh Track

The Fernleigh Track goes from Adamstown, just south of Newcastle to Belmont in the south. It's a ride of 30 kilometres return. The Trail runs beautiful bushland and wetland areas and follows the old train line used for transporting coal. The coal industry operated from 1886 to 2014. The track is popular for cycling, walking and jogging with the slight gradient iideal for all activities.
