I am in Palm Desert, CA and I am very disappointed with the Travlfi which I purchased just over 45 days ago and cannot return. In this area I am between cellular signals that fade in/out. When I am on a signal that gets weak the Travlfi does not automatically switch to the stronger signal unless you reboot the device (which is a PITA). At other time I have had to call support (which by the way is very good). They locked my device on the areas strongest signal at the time which works quite well, but then the next day that signal may be the weakest in the area but you are locked in until you call support again to take it back to search for a signal. So for the having to frequently call support and/or reboot is troublesome.
TravlFi. May have helped my delema, now you can log into your acct: portal: setting and select one of the cellular and lock it in, stops the auto search. You find one that works best and not worry about locking onto a weaker signal. So far so good, I hope that has solved my issue
I use mine for my home Internet and take it on trips with me - I cancelled my home internet provider - all I need is this baby - it rocks

Have you tried other wifi hotspots? So travlfi is reliable? I'm thinking in getting one. Still searching around.
I just bought so will be trying it out soon during RV travels
Does it boost a weak signal?
