@@joethealternativegamer3935 Actually after watching your whole review, Indivisible takes the platforming and combat of PS1's Valkyrie Profile and runs with it. I'm surprised this happened just now seeing how old the first Valkyrie Profile game is.

@@joethealternativegamer3935 The only remaster available for sale is on Android and iOS so that might turn you away. Despite that caveat, I do recommend playing the first Valkyrie Profile game overall!
@@erickgarcia1232 It's also on the PSP and emulates very well. The PSP version is actually better than the original PS version in a few ways
I've played it. The combat and platforming are worth every penny. The story needs some fine tuning, but other than that its a great game.
A friend of mine just gave me a copy of this game. A collectors edition. Has an art book and the game inside a tin box and sleeve. Looks cool!!
The game as a whole reminds me of Valkyrie Profile back in the Playstation 1 era. I saw this being advertised on steam but didn't pay attention to it because they mostly show the platforming. I miss the original Valkyrie Profile and I wasn't impressed with VP 2 for PS2 and the 3rd from the DS. Now that I see this review, I think it's a must buy.

I dont know how much the reviewer is thinking when they want this game to be co-op. Cant just appreciate nice single-player games I guess, everythings gotta have some multiplayer aspect shoved in.
He was just saying he thinks it would suit this game specifically, not saying purely single player games are inherently bad. Calm down

Switch? How do you you put switch in the review is the game didn't even came out? I'm waiting for the switch version since, RPG, Anime and great Story telling is a great combination for a handheld platform =)
I'm feeling that this game took the originality of its setting in stride and used that indian influence well. while i haven't played it, i don't feel the diversity being shoved down my thoat, but taken advantage of to make a cool setting. i might just pick this up.

I don’t really do review scores because I very much dislike them lol. I would highly recommend this title! Switch does have that added advantage of being able to take it with you! I guess it would be up to what your preference is for the platform you choose :)

I really don't know how I found this one but I just played for the first time today.. I think the battle system is something like Valkyrie Profile of which is popular tho I have no personal experience with.. So far so good because I kinda like it.. It's been a very unique day.. Also tried Mass Effect Andromeda for the very first time earlier.. I guess better late than never.. It seems we have very similar taste albeit with a diverse range..

ummmm. jrpgs have been doing this since ps one and if I'm not mistaken some 16 bit era stuff as well. cool game but not exactly new.
Does the switch version hit 60 fps pretty good? Or has anybody noticed any drops from that port?

The platforming ruins the game for me. There are multi-stage bosses that make you run through platforming stages between boss stages. I enjoyed the battle and party system, but platforming made stop in favor of the many other games in my backlog. 5/10 for me. Glad I was able to try it out on Game Pass.
Am I the only one bothered with Ajna's cheerful attitude, considering her village has been burned and her father killed?
Also her interactions with Dhar. Guy killer her dad, is living in her head, taking every opportunity to get her captured to the Big Bang... yet the entire party treats him like your average jerk companion.
Is there any performance issues on the switch version?

I don't know...I can only see a bad copy of Valkyrie Profile 1 and 2.
It misses the epicness of those games. Maybe Indivisible can be awesome for gamers that never played VP, but I don't see in it a game that makes me say "wow".
