Arguably the most iconic high end package of the 911, the GT3RS was originally a homologation car, in that it was solely produced for the purpose of allowing the track version to be raced, based on FIA Homologation rules at the time. However since the 996, every Porsche 911 generation has had a GT3RS produced for those who want the thrill of a race car that you can drive on the streets.
In Hot Pursuit, the GT3RS is a Tier 3 Supercar. Like its real life counterpart, the car handles with track-focus in mind. The car corners and drifts incredibly easily, with minimal speed loss. Its acceleration is also fairly solid. Its top speed is a bit on the weaker side for Tier 3, but this is negated by its nitro which is also fairly solid. Durability wise, it's middle of the road, not strong, not weak. The car is one of 3 in Independence Squadron and one of 2 that wears their distinctive Red White and Blue livery. It may not be the best for pursuits, but the driver can push it to the extreme and put races to a halt.
