Based on what I’ve seen in real life, dimbulb Tom is going to ditch Tonya for Amanda, who will want nothing to do with him once he’s actually single and looking to have a relationship. He’ll try and get Tonya back… I just hope she has enough self-esteem to tell him to go pound sand.
I feel so sorry for Tonya! Yes, Tom needs to decide which woman he wants in his life. His lack of decisions is just making sure they will decide for him. Another comment mentioned that more than likely, Tonya will leave and Tom, newly single and wanting a relationship, will find out that Amanda just wanted to be a "Best Friend" not a partner. I hope it doesn't get that far, but ... I've been in similar situations or watched this from afar. People seem to go out of their way to complicate their lives.
