Great video. I own a plumbing company and I love factory tours where you can see who and how products are made and tested. You come away with a better knowledge of whether you want to sell/install this manufacturer's product or not.

I am on my 2nd Simplicity vacuum, I currently have the Simplicity Symmetry S20D that I bought in 2016... Prior to that I had the 7000 Series that I bought in 1999...
I was first "introduced" to Simplicity by the owner of a vacuum store, otherwise I probably would have never even known about the brand & the "durability" of it!!! I found this video after searching online because I discovered that the Simplicity Symmetry & RICCAR
models are the same "product build" & built at the same factory!

I purchased a Simplicity Upright which I believe is made by Riccar over 12 years ago approx 2011. I was super impressed with its performance when new and equally impressed with this vacuum today. I can say its performance is about the same as when I purchased it. I may purchase a new Riccar Tandem motor, confident in it be the best Vacuum I will have for a minimum of a decade if not two decades. Thank you for the tour.

I was interested in the Simplicity as well but now that line is made in China. Some that have bought the Riccar 25D have a sticker that it was made in China. Hopefully they make them in the facility in the US now and maybe they did not have enough workers to make it in the US when this other person bought it.

It is a shame at least one of the Riccar models is made in China so just make sure for those buying a Riccar you get the US models.

Performance reviews said they are horrible and apparently simplicity wont let him review them. Seems suspicious.
