Traffic shifts at Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel

Happening right now a major lane shift at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel! This is a live look at I-64 approaching the tunnel on the Hampton side where crews are working to implement the new traffic pattern tonight. This is all part of the HRBT Expansion Project. The shift could take hours. So if you're heading eastbound tonight or tomorrow you'll need to pack some extra patience. Marta Berglund joins us live after crossing the HRBT multiple times today.
