What tool is that your using to remove plate

The hardest part for me was not assembling the scooter, it was disassembling the packing it came it. Getting that metal frame off was an atrocious process. The company I ordered it from (mine is similar) also tied a bendable metal rods in eight different parts of the bike. It took me three hours to get all of the stuff off and only three minutes to assemble the bike. - But, I quickly forgot it when I started riding the scooter.

I wish I had looked at this video yesterday when I was unpacking mine. I almost lost 2cm of 3 fingers on my right hand at the same time when they got caught between the bike and the metal packing frame.

Absolutely worst customer service on the planet. Phatt scooter has Poor quality electronics as well. Shop elsewhere.
