My scooter will not shut off. The new 12V DC converter did not fix the issue.

No audio. No relay visible throughout. The DC-DC converter swap shows simple compatible connector - what do I do with the spare red wire on the new converter you sent me? Why did you send me a relay?

Same here. Non-existent customer support. Warranty is useless with Phat Scooter.

The blinking light codes were never explained.

The reason it can't output so much torque to conquer hills like this is because of the tire diameter (the bigger the tire the lower the torqe). Who know, maybe they just have crappy mtors.

What is the shelf life on the batteries in these electric scooters? I'm being told 10 years but that sounds longer than what I would expect.

My fat bear electric scooters don't have the Frankenstein bolts. It only has the one center bolt. I tried taking the handlebars off and tightening up the fork bolt and still the same thing man I can tighten that center bolt down snug but I still have all kinds of play in it man. I actually have two of these scooters the red one done the same thing until I got the bolt so tight I thought it was going to break LOL but my black scooter I can tighten that thing down and nothing happens still looses could be
