I spoke with Jeremy at one of the VIP As Fuck meet and greets and he told me that the "three little words" are No Fucking Respect. The audio at the end of the song is the actual audio from when the band was all together and wrote the Email that they sent to Victory Records that started the entire lawsuit..those are their real reactions
When Tony replied, he was pissed..,the last thing he wrote in his email was "No fucking respect!"

Dude this album is the tits. The sincerity of this song is what gets me every time. And then they fucking bring it at that last breakdown. The perfect song.
ADTR had gotta be one of the best musical sounding bands in this type of genre. This is what a lil garage band turned into and there fricken amanzing. There good live too best live show ever.

One thing i absolutely love about ADTR is most of their songs have their meaning, but can be interpreted to a girl a lot of the time. That's what i thought of this song at least, especially with the "What three little words have done to me" that I figured was I love you, or we are done.

I agree I never thought it would be even deeper I had just suspected that this was about a relationship, but its an incredible song none the less!

The majority of the album was about getting the shaft from Victory Records and the whole court case which ADTR later won.
I think they refer to the label owner Tony who called Jeremy and said "I'll sue you" when they were done with the labels crap.
That final breakdown though.... Listening to this and knowing everything they went through with Victory gives me chills. This is proof that if you stand up for what you believe in, nothing or no one can stop you! If they put this in their live setlist (Lord, PLEASE) I predict many walls of death. Mark my words! My favorite on the album... right now that is.

on a serious note, i know this song is written about Victory, but every time i read the lyrics, i can't help but draw connections to my experience with my homophobic parents. all the times i tried to suffer through conversation with them, to get to a good part where we could all be happy at the same time. all that time i spent in the closet, indoctrinated to their beliefs. for me, the three little words are "it's an abomination."
From any Interviews I've seen none of the songs were about victory or the trial. I think there is one specific one were someone asked them in a Q&a and they said that
