Thanks for making this video because both of my rear door locks on my 04 Avalanche stopped working so i'm going to have to tackle this.

First, Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video for us to learn on how to replace the actuator. I have a question though with respect to the 2004 Chevy Suburban 1500 models. Is it true that faulty rear door actuators (or all the actuators within the vehicle) are one of the primary reasons to cause the vehicle to give one a "Door Ajar" reading? I have searched all night to find an explanation on this but have been stumped and mystified at the topic of what the actuators do when they are failing or malfunctioning. I originally started my internet researching with trying to find out where the door ajar sensors were located in a 2004 Chevy Suburban, because I've searched all over the vehicle and can't find any of them. Then from then on out, I was taken through all sorts of posts on this topic alone. Unfortunately, neither GM or AC Delco have a good explanation or visuals for where I can find the door sensors on the 2004 Chevy Suburban. I figure that before I start tearing down anything, I would ask you to see if you could shed some light on this issue.
I have seen several of your other videos and I have enjoyed them because you take the time to slowly explain step-by-step your repair instructions. Thanks!
As a matter of fact, you inspired me to go and buy a new tool too! A torque wrench! I am going to Harbor Freight and see what they have there, and then compare with the other tool companies to see who has the best quality and prices for their torque wrenches. Again, thank you so much!

I noticed on your website this actuator is only available without keyless entry. Do you offer one with keyless entry?

Is there a video for the "rear" (R) Barn door not the back door?
