    Hello from France, Bart !
    Nice machine Guy ! I've just bought the same one, last week.
    I've found the Pullmax P13 Manual on Facebook : By Pullmax Owners Group ! POG 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
    And there is a lot off tooling pictures and Pullmax manuals.
    Oil capacity is about 0,6 liter.
    Enjoy with your new machine.
    Laurent. 😉🇫🇷

    I would say it is completely normal for these to vibrate the weight you are talking about would be to keep the crank and connecting rod balanced, but you are still going to have momentum from the connecting rod throwing the machine side to side as it moves over and back

    • @bartharkemametalworks2299
      @bartharkemametalworks2299  4 года назад +1

      Thanks for the commend. And I agree that there is still some momentum in the connecting rod going left to right. But I still find it difficult to believe that a machine like this would shake so much when it came out the factory.

    Bart by the look of the oil coming out my guess is that it was stored in an unheated building for quite awhile and as a result had a large buildup of condensation inside. Will be fine now that you have flushed it out.

    hi from Russia/ I will try to explain to you about vibration, look towards balancing the crankshaft of the engines. The balance at the extreme points of the eccentric must be balanced! On your machine, I see not a typical flywheel on the motor shaft, perhaps they changed the internal balancer, or tried to balance high speeds with the flywheel ... Maybe the flywheel on the motor was misaligned ... I think the internal part was well balanced at the factory (if they did not change details). Therefore, for starters, you can try to get rid of this flywheel or adjust it

    Jeetje, een Pullmax. Best een veelzijdige machine. Ik maakte eens een achteraanslag/langsgeleiding, voor een schoolproject in 1982. Dit was met een zwaluwstaart op het onderste deel van het ‘C-frame’. De aanslag was dus verstelbaar in voor en achter, maar ook in de hoogte.
    De trillingen: Bij het olie verversen had je het over a counterweight. Is die misschien verdraaibaar, waardoor de massa van de krukas en drijfstang kunt compenseren? Die deksel op de voorkant, in het verlengde van de motoras, als je die er af haalt, kun je dan dat contragewicht verdraaien?

    I have a D3 pullmax... not sure what the "D" means but it's equivalent to a much larger "P" series machine. Mine has a thick rubber insulator between the frame and the legs..don't know if that's factory or a modification... maybe that might work for you.

    • @bartharkemametalworks2299

    - remove beam supports and Put the machine down on foundation with proper anchors. ..
    - Change the motor running direction. ..
    Hope you will see good results

    • @bartharkemametalworks2299
      @bartharkemametalworks2299  4 года назад

      Dank voor de info. Met linksom bedoel je tegen de klok in toch zoals ik het aan het eind heb aangesloten? (Even voor de zekerheid). Want de handleiding die ik van de P5 en P21 heb gezien zeggen beide dat de motor tegen de klok in moet lopen. Voor mijn gevoel slingert de balans as dan ook genoeg olie in het rond voor het bovenste lager maar zeker weet ik het niet. Heb je meer info / ervaring met deze machines?

      @huibhoogendoorn503 4 года назад +1

      @@bartharkemametalworks2299 neegeen ervaring Bart, maa rf gevoelsmatig slingert de olie nu naar de andere kant van het olie resevoir waardoor het niet tegen de V aankomt om aldaar naar beneden te druppen in het lager. Kijk met een perspex plaatje als afdekking erop.

      Barts Metalwork I work construction and we do some water treatment plants and, when we installed the electric motor to the actual pump, we higher an specialized person to line the shaft of the pump to the motor.
      You can check the alignment by looking at the shaft coming out of the motor.

But it is not my native language and I still find it very difficult to explain everything. Sometimes I need to look up words and do several video's to get it right. It takes a long time. But I think that it will improve slowly so lets set that as a goal for the next few video's.
