Jennie, I just posted videos of a medical student who was very hypersensitive to touch from a thrust injury 10 months ago. I tested her mobility without provoking any pain. I am gentle and I know when to apply very minimal force (or none) and gather the information in a different manner. This video is an example where a spring test with a load of 20# was tolerated well and I screen the person before I perform them, so if I were treating you, you would not have any opportunity to scream, jump or harm me. I do not harm people and they do not harm me. Thank you for posting.

Very few acknowledge downslip because in 1958 an osteopath wrote a paper stating they are common but self correct with walking, not true, not the correct direction of force.

Correct me if I am wrong, a "down slip" describes the tailbone (sacrum) slipping away from the hipbone (ilium/iliac joint).
I'm almost 24 and was finally diagnosed with HMS after 22 months.
My sacroiliac joint slips all over the place and gives off an "itching" sensation which is relieved by "cracking" the joint.
Anyone in Southern California affiliated with Hesch?

Unfortunately not. If you ever come to Las Vegas, I am close (Henderson).

I have been experiencing right lumbar pain for around 7 months with seemingly no cause, but I can feel it slowly getting worse. I suspect it's my SI joint given my hip joints, mandible, knees, ankles, and elbows slip in and out of place, though I've never been diagnosed with hypermobility- I think it is possible that's the cause. I'm in Las Vegas, Nevada and I was just kind of wondering what exactly it is your clinic does? I'm in a LOT of pain, and I'm five months pregnant, so I think it's only going to get worse. I need help.

I have EDS with major SI pain and if anyone did these things to me I'd scream, jump to the ceiling like a scared cat and give the physio a black eye just out of reflexes >.

Jennie, I am so gentle that we would not have the type of relationship that you suggest. I listen to the body and if you had even slight discomfort I would probably know before you speak, and would have immediately stopped. I listen to the body and I am respectful of persons who are in pain.I have yet to receive a black eye.
