One thing more sir when we make strata like one strata is urban and 2nd is rural than how we will take Sample from both stratas? Is there any formula or we can take randomly?

No No...This is wrong...Selection of sampling units from different strata depend on the no of units in a particular strata...
If you have 200 people in urban and 200 people in rural area...And you are taking saMple of 100 size...Then you should take 50 units from rural and 50 units from urban
But again of you have 100 people in rural and 300 people in urban...Then you should choose sample such that 25(100/400 × 100) from rural area and 75(300/400 ×100) from urban area...
